I have purchased numerous fur coats from Marcus and Hiram at the Sitka Fur Gallery over the last 25 years as have my family and friends. The quality of their furs is superior to what I have found at other high end fur stores and they have always gone out of their way to make sure my garment fit to perfection and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I have seen and unfortunately purchased less expensive furs on line which I have had to return because their quality was atrocious. I was lucky enough to visit the SItka Fur Gallery in Sitka itself, and Hiram was fabulous to deal with. He worked with us to find the size and colour of the coat we loved, and offered numerous options for purchase and delivery. There was a very small issue with the coat after the sale, and Patricia worked to connect me with Ana in the Ketchikan store to have the issue easily resolved. It is an incredible team no matter which location you find yourself in, and they work together to ensure the customer is happy! My wife and I recently made a trip to Alaska. We visited the Fur Gallery in Sitka. The store is beautiful with a very wide selection and variety. We spotted several white wolf rugs. Marcus and the staff were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable (not to mention very patient). Although we didn’t make a purchase immediately, we contacted the store approximately a week later.
