I tried to place an order online last night, the website did not give me the option for my credit card brand. So I called the shop directly this morning to place the order. The employee that answered the phone acted as if I was interrupting her day, she was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Sending flowers can be an expensive purchase especially in SE Alaska, the price has never bothered me since I know the delivery will surprise my employees and I help to make their day a little brighter. But I do expect a positive customer service experience when placing the order. Within a minute of the conversation I decided I was going to place my order and spend my money with the other flower shop in Sitka... Sitka Flowers - Chocolate Moose.
