This place has been on my radar never since I heard it was operated by the owners of My Cocina Grill.

Located in a busy shopping center at Higgins and Route 59,they serve Scratch Made Tacos with good flavors.

As you enter, you can order off the kiosks or by scanning their QR code. There is someone to ask questions or to assist you with your order.

The food is brought out to you and they have self serve beverages and 2 different salsa for you too try.

We split the Taco Meal that came with 3 tacos of your choice,a side and a drink. We tried the Spicy Clicker with fire garlic salsa which had quite the kick! Also had the Dalai Lama with chopped sirloin and chorizo and Catch Me If You Can - grilled mahi tossed in Adobo sauce. Everything was flavorful and fresh.

Portions are good and prices are average.

We will definitely be back to try more of their various in...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Taco Lamas, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern style and cozy charm.

Now, let’s talk about the food—WOW! Every dish was packed with incredible flavors, fresh ingredients, and the perfect balance of seasoning. You can tell the chefs put real heart into their craft. Whether it was the tacos, salsas, or sides, everything was simply outstanding. The food came out quick and the portions were spot on. My picky eater son asked when we could go back so you know you have a winner.

Taco Lamas is a true gem, and I can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for amazing food, a great vibe, and top-notch service, this is the place to be....

Was in the area and wanted something interesting for lunch. Used to go to the Moe's when it was in this location and saw this taco place. Looked at the menu online and knew I had to go there. When I got there I was greeted by a very sweet woman who was giving me menu suggestions. I found this very helpful since I was overwhelmed by the excellent choices.

I tried the Quesabirria, the Dalai Lama, and the Midwest Mexican. Cheese curds on a taco!?!?! Incredible. Dalai Lama was also excellent. Loved all 3 tacos even though they were a bit messy. But who cares when it tastes this good! Combo came with a side (I chose Elotes) and it was great.

Can't wait to go back!! So glad to know about this place in this area. It will...

3/2025 4* I have been here twice now. The first time I came was during thier opening week. I overheard people telling each other they had already been there twice it was so good. I found it ok. After two visits I see it is just ok. The food is pretty nice. But not outstanding. My personal fav which I would give a 5* rating to was the Nacho Bowl. The menu is highly confusing. First I do not like places that encourage you to order online. Ugh. But they do have a register you can order at. The menu lists Taco Meals. Does not say you can order Taco's individually and not as a meal. It also does not tell you if anything comes with the meal. Confusing. Hope they figure these things out. Then I will be back.
