I bought this jeans in store, went in yesterday with a concern that the fabric is pilling. the store associate said she couldn’t find my purchase in last 180 days ? when i mentioned about the concern was told manager was on a phone and was asked to wait which was appox 15-20 minutes, after the manger came she said unfortunately she cannot accept any return/ exchange since they no longer have jeans exchange program. … if u are reading this; please Seriously consider my review before buying this poor quality jeans. Was in the other day. The manager Kristina is so annoying and loud. I feel like I needed headphones just to shop there. I’ve never seen someone look so scary and be so loud. Made me very uncomfortable by constantly pulling things I would never wear and forcing them into my fitting room. I also noticed she’s very rude to her employees i don’t know how the woman who work there put up with her. She created one of the weirdest shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I went into the shop today looking for a dress for my daughter. I approached the older looking sales lady, asked her for help and told her what we were looking for. I received a blank look, with a point. She said “what we have is over there” and she turned away. Blatant rudeness.
