Four 23 CBD and Vape — Local services in Bartlett

I can not say enough what a great shop this is! I have had issues with a new Subox Mini that I bought from a different store in Atoka, and in a week have had to have the thank replaced once, and still major leaking problems. The owner at Zooks told me it was the seals on the tank, and replaced them at absolutely zero charge.

Furthermore, there were 3 other very friendly and very knowledgeable women that helped me with questions about various mods they have. Everyone was very nice and more than willing to answer every and all questions.

More important is that no one made me feel like I was just another sale for them. They seemed to really want to make sure I got what I was looking for.

If you are like me, I have been to numerous shops in the Memphis area, and this one has the best selection of juices and hardware that you would ever want or need.

By far this is my new vape...

I have visited this location on four different occasions. Three out of the four times I have received the WRONG product. I went in just recently to get some vape juice. I asked for a 6 and was given a 3. I told the lady she handed me the wrong one. She then proceeded to put that box away and handed me another one. I paid and left. Once home I realized that I was given the incorrect product again. A 3 instead of a 6! Nice people but not very efficient. I hate to say it, I won't be doing business here any more. I have wasted too much money here too many times.

Good to Poor. I never know what kind of service I'm going to get. I got one person that really knew what he was talking about! He changed my coils and advised that the coils in there were not the right ones. Then I've had nonchalant helpers that really could care the less. I've found another vap store that I think I'm going to try. The problem is I'm going to leave on a two week camping trip and don't want to take the chance of having problems with my coils, then with my batteries, which I've had both at Zooks. It also has odd days that it's open during the week. Let me just say it's not a store...
