I have enjoyed working with the couple that owns this store. However, I feel it necessary to explain that I have never had more trouble with a piece of jewelry. My engagement ring is from here and when I got engaged to my husband, the center stone was loose. After explaining it to the owner, and having it resized he'd promised he had fixed the center stone being loose. After getting it back, the center stone was STILL loose.

I have had TWO of the diamonds fall out of their setting that sit around the band. Extremely frustrating to have this many complications with my ring.

I think they make beautiful pieces, however I have been very disappointed with the experience I have had. I live 6 hours from their store so I cannot just walk in and have them fix it either.

Make sure your jewelry is insured. You certainly won't regret it with stones that fall out...

I would have rated them a negative 10 star rating if possible. I am from the Ukraine and I moved here years ago. I didn't know that I would drop off my gold jewelry and go to pick it up and it is the wrong items. They told me that it was MY jewelry and I know what I wear. But I tried to talk to them in person and they told me to leave now? So I went home and called the police. Because in my thoughts, that is theft of my property. They said they would not get involved. So I know some people who will in their own time. So what goes around comes back...

I was given my mother’s wedding rings to have for my wedding. Some time later a stone fell out and I decided to get the setting of my dreams. I was so excited. I took him pictures and we agreed on a price. He stapled the pictures to the order. I was making regular payments as I went. I finally get a call it was ready and I went to get it. It didn’t look at all like I wanted. The pictures were taking off the order. I was told if I wanted it different it would cost more money. I had one chance to get what I wanted. I’ve been stuck with this ring...
