I went in to the Bartlett location after watching from my vehicle a group of African American girls waiting to be served with no one else in the store. Soon after 6 caucasian customers went in, I went in after. I noticed the urgency to get the customers served quickly. (Being the last customer) when I made it to the counter, service stopped! The two cashiers walked away and started cleaning up and rinsing off stuff and going to the back. I waited patiently, no greet- no may I help you, nothing! I asked, " Are you guys really not going to serve me"? Once it hit me what happened, I simply walked out. Disappointed with the service! RESPOND: People go into places on the phone all the time, i made eye contact and waited on a greet, phone wasn't to my face- my daughter wanted to see what yall had left...So we had a short conversation about CUPCAKES! Being that I was the last one being served. Because you don't know me how can you assume anything i was thinking? By you doing that only lets me know your justifying what happened and for the cashiers to say i said the F word futher shows me that she knew she was wrong and needed you to stand behind her. 9/26/2024 Kirsten(hope that’s right) is so sweet and adorable. By now, I’ve tried all of the flavors except for the ever changing flavor of the day, which has never disappointed, and the ice creams; the COFFEE ice cream is MY ❤️FAVORITE❤️

Over the course of a year, 2022/2023 My first time here I received a dozen carrot cake cupcakes for about $10, and all that I gave one to, including myself, loved them!!! I’m pretty sure it was a once in a lifetime deal lol. My problem: It's very rare that I'm greeted when I come to buy sweets. I've nearly never been asked if I'm a rewards/loyalty member. Read moreVisited Smallcakes yesterday evening and left extremely disappointed. My son had been dying for their smash cake and I promised I would take him to get one. I regret it. I ordered 3 cupcakes, 1 smash cake, and 2 butter gooey cakes- $22!!!!! The young lady behind the counter dropped my butter gooey cakes on the floor. They were in the bag; however, the bag is small and when she picked them up, she had to stuff them back in. That left me feeling like the cakes hit the floor and surely she would give me two new ones.... Of course not! She proceeds to bring them over for me to pay. I politely asked her to change them out for two new ones and she asked “why?” I reminded her that she dropped them and she stated “they didn’t touch the floor.” I then insisted she give me two new ones and she did but with a nasty attitude.
