The pharmacist and pharmacy staff working on 7/13/2021 at 15:30 and 20:30 were extremely rude and became even more so when I explained that I sat in line for 30 minutes earlier only to be told my prescription that I called in on 7/9/21 and was told would be ready on 7/10/21 still was not ready. They tried to tell me there was an insurance issue. They filed it on the wrong insurance policy. This is a refill prescription that I have been getting for over a year. The insurance policy has not changed. Then they said that it would be ready in an hour. I waited 4 hours only to return to wait in line again and be told again that it was not ready. I was they would get it ready in 15 minutes and that I should get out of line again. I refused to move after waiting multiple times already (and there was no one else in line). Then I was told the Rx was in 3 boxes and they couldn't send them through the tube and for me to come in. I have picked this same Rx up many times in the past and told them this. I was told they would not send it out in two different bags. I told them I was filing a complaint with the corporate office in the morning. Amazingly, the Rx was sent through the tube in two separate bags. ALSO, when I called the pharmacy earlier in the afternoon I was put on hold 5 times with no acknowledgement, just a continuous receiver pick up and immediately placed on hold to the tune of over 15 minutes. ...
Read moreShowed up a few minutes early to my appointment so I had time to sign in. I sat down and a few seconds later a patient walked out. Great, right on time- I thought to myself. Nope, saw the nurse walk out of the room right after the patient and disappear somewhere in the store. At first I thought she went to the bathroom, then 20 minutes went by and still nothing. Finally, I saw her trudging back to the office and called me in. The whole appointment was silence except for when she asked me for my weight, height, current medication, etc. In the end I had to coax why she what/why she was giving me what she gave me. I felt more like the doctor! It was ridiculous. Very unprofessional and lazy demeanor. Only pleasant part of this was the pharmacy. They were brief, polite and courteous. Next time, I'm going...
Read moreBig props to the manager working at 9pm on Sept. 17th. As usual, the store was short staffed (what store isn't?) However, the manager was very responsive and helped me get my pictures printed in a hurry since I had obligations to meet. She did everything she could to help the situation, and was extremely polite (which I find increasingly rare these days.)
She had every right to put me off and make me wait (due to a shortage of workers that I doubt she had any control over.) it was only her and one other employee but she diligently checked on my order as it was printing, checked out customers, moved merchandise around, and still made time to be accommodating during the wait.
Never would have expected that kind of service these days and will be the reason I return in the future, despite cheaper...
