IT'SUGAR Mall of Louisiana — Local services in Baton Rouge

I took my 13 yr old son and 17 yr old daughter in to get candy before we left the mall. The lady working, Kimberly, was following us around almost like we were going to take something. I thought that to be uncalled for to begin with. But then when my son grabbed a bag and a scoop to get candy, she yelled out at my son ‘to NOT’ open that. We asked what he did wrong and she said he wouldn’t stop opening the candy. Well, how else are you supposed to get it?? We asked her to please not yell at my son in that tone when he had done nothing wrong, and she said that he had opened it already 3 times. This is a complete lie because we had been in this store before and heard other customers be told to not open them without getting anything. I was cautiously watching to make sure that didn’t happen. When my son finally decided which candy he wanted he lifted the top to the container for the 1st time and then she yelled at him in a loud and stern tone. I don’t recommend this establishment due to horrible customer service. We were not greeted at all even though we were the only customers in the store and Kimberly is simply awful at...

This store was great. There was one lady in there lady, I think her name was Sugar. I believe she was African-American. (Which only matter because idk if her name was actually sugar. This lady could’ve sold me a dirty sock and I would’ve bought it. She was so enthusiastic and nice about everything very descriptive about all the candy. She showed us a bunch of new candies. We just left this store and the young lady named Kimberly that works in the store was extremely rude. I understand she probably deals with a lot of bad children, but this wasn't the case. When we asked if they sold bottles of water she was rude, when we paid she was rude, we purchased a buy one get one free item and when we asked her about it she responded "maybe next time". Maybe Kimberly needs to find a new job, because this isn't it for her. We won't be going back because...
