Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Baxter

I came in from Texas for my daughter’s graduation at CLC college. And never have been to a restaurant as prejudice as this Buffalo Wild Wings. I asked the young lady at front after she tried to seat us at a table with torn up fabric if we could move to another table. She did but as soon as she did she threw our menu’s down and the little thin paper flew across the table. My youngest daughter went to ask the young lady who stomped off back to front, “if we did anything, or if she was having a bad day”… And the young lady went ballistic and was like “get out my face”, so by the time it could get even more bad then it already had. I came up to ask if I could speak to a manager. Who came like fifteen minutes later who proceeded to cut me off not even asking or allowing me to explain the situation for me and my daughters to leave off the premises. When I asked her for her corporate number Ms. Ferguson/ Manager said she did not know her corporate number which furthermore was letting me know this was more of happening because the color of our skin and not no logical explanation or reasoning behind it. We are from Texas and I have never known not one manager to not know their corporation’s phone number, especially for out of hand issues like the one that was happening. Unless your trying to hide something due to she had no other reason to refuse us or not even hear our side out before kicking us out and refusing us. The police came out I did talk to the police and explain the situation, and we were let go due to it was no reasoning to not serving us. Ms. Ferguson and the young lady who seemed to be bothered by me and my daughters color of our skin remember we bleed 🩸 the same , and we are all Gods children. And your hate in your heart ♥️ will be your demise in your future Karma is real. And we all three are not hood and ratchet we have degrees. And we love all who loves us. Buffalo Wild Wings let me find out you as a corporation here in Brainerd/Baxter don’t like or serve...

My experience here is typically much better, but today was so bad it's driving me overall rating to the floor. Let me start off by saying the food was delicious. I had the Philly while my friend ordered the pulled pork and we shared an order of cheese curds he had free with his blazin rewards. We sat at the bar.

My first complaint was how long we waiting to receive menus. We got our drinks right away but we sat for minutes before she brought us menus. From there, after receiving our menus it took far too long for her to take our order. We knew what we wanted in about a minute or two, but sat for another few minutes after we had decided. We ordered our 3 items at the same time, and it took about 20-25 minutes to get our food (it was pretty busy for a Monday) so the wait was understandable, except our cheese curds never came out as an appetizer. We got them a few minutes after our entrees came out. I ordered a side of mayo with my meal and had to ask for it again after it came out, my friend ordered no pickles and had to pick pickles off his sandwich, and I had to scavange a bottle of ketchup from a nearby table. After complaining about the pickles the server had a manager comp part of my friends meal... Except when we got the checks it was my meal that had been comped.

And then there was the drinks. I ordered what my friend had which I think was a captain and Dr Pepper. I don't believe they have Coke and he detests Pepsi. I could barely taste the Captain. Apparently it was a tall and they only do singles, okay, whatever... The bartender asked if we wanted another, my friend said yes, I said no, complained about how it wasn't strong enough for me, and asked for a water instead... I got another drink and a water.

Any one of these things alone isn't much to complain about, but it was just thing one thing after another...

I went in today to buffalo wild wings with my family , I am in Brainerd for school and I graduate on Friday so I got my family from Texas and we came to get a bite to eat before settling in . We went in to Buffalo Wild Wings for a good dinner . As we went in it was a young lady about 5’5 little girl she was super nice in the beginning as she was seating us but then we asked her to move us to another seat after she had placed us at one because most of the booths had holes and tape on the seat it just wasn’t a pleasant place to sit. So we asked her to move us when we asked her to move us she did but she threw our menus on the table and left . So I went up to her asked her if she was having a great day and asked to speak with a manager about the situation. She told me and my family to “get out her face “ and she walked back to the back to get a manager . We waited for the manager for about 5 minutes as we waited .. the manager had came out and didn’t even let us explain what happened she said and I quote “you guys need to leave “ didn’t even let us explain what happened . Her exact words were “I don’t appreciate you guys getting in my employees face “ as I tried to voice my opinion. My mother had asked for the corporate number the manger last name Ferguson had said she had no corporate number. And that we just needed to leave . It was very much racist and skeptical . When you come into a restaurant your supposed to feel comfortable and feel welcomed no matter the color of your skin . The professionalism here just wasn’t great . I don’t recommend coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings . I would drive a hour away for some wings before coming here . I’m disgusted and I’m disappointed. Yucky customer service and bad management . I hope no one ever has to go through what we went...
