I have to say, my visits to the Pizza Ranch in Brainerd, Minnesota have been nothing short of fantastic, and a huge part of that is because of Molly. From the moment you walk in, you can immediately feel the warmth and hospitality she brings to the entire experience. Molly is the kind of manager who makes every customer feel like part of the family. Her friendliness and genuine care for people shine through in everything she does.
She not only greets you with a smile but also takes the time to check in on every table, making sure everyone’s needs are met. It’s clear that Molly has a deep connection with her team as well—she leads with such professionalism, making sure everything runs smoothly while still taking time to interact with her staff and provide guidance. You can tell they really respect her because she leads by example.
What really stands out is how Molly ensures the food is always fresh and hot. Whether it’s her overseeing the buffet or managing the kitchen staff, you can trust that the pizza is always perfectly made, and nothing ever seems to run out. There’s something about knowing the food is consistently fresh that elevates the entire dining experience.
And while it’s clear Molly manages everything behind the scenes with precision, she’s also always in the dining area, cleaning tables and making sure things are tidy. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on, but Molly makes it look effortless. Even when she’s busy overseeing everything, she’s always there to make sure your experience is top-notch.
Visiting Pizza Ranch in Brainerd isn’t just about getting great food—it’s an experience in itself, and Molly has made it a GREAT experience. After visiting three other branches, I can confidently say that I will always choose the Brainerd location. If you want a warm, welcoming environment with top-notch service and food, I highly recommend you come here. Molly is the reason this location stands out and why I’ll be back time and time...
Read moreThey're open from 5-8pm; we got there at 5:10 and there was a lot of freshly cooked food to choose from. Tables were already filling up and by 5:30 a line was forming - very busy place! The pizza is good, not great - not enough cheese for my liking. Husband loved the chicken ranch pizza. The garlic cheese bread was very bland. The fried chicken is GREAT; it was just a little overcooked - smelled a little burnt but still tasted good. Stuffing has a little too much sage in it, gravy was so-so. Salad bar was well stocked. The biscuits they have are filled with fake butter, tasted like movie-theatre-popcorn butter, yuck! Tried cactus bread with ice cream for the first time - it's amazing, be sure to leave room for it! Friendly and efficient staff, constantly cleaning away plates and bringing out more food. Be sure you know their hours and don't ever go there at the last minute - we've been turned away twice before when arriving 3-4 minutes after posted hours, even if other people are still eating (at this location and others). The dinner buffet costs $10.99+tax per person. Not bad....
Read moreI went to Pizza Ranch yesterday with my parents and it was SO DISAPPOINTING!! There were messes EVERYWHERE and trash was over flowing. Pizza slice by the pop machine. Dishes just left on a table for a long time until finally someone got them. The pizzas were terrible and my mom noticed the soft serve was over flowing in the drain/catcher. The staff needs adult supervision! There was the younger boy that was very nice and actually came up and got our plates! He was the only one that did so! He was one that was working very hard that we noticed. They also need to refill the free English Bibles! The Spanish was were there but no English ones. There wasn’t any fresh salad for my dad they didn’t come to refill it but the other toppings they did little by little. My dad thought the chicken was very overdone. They never wiped down the tables either. All this to say we will never be going back. They have gone down hill since they have opened, when they were new the place was a great place to go but now it is...
