I had a flahsing lightbar installed on the topper and two flashers installed in the grill of my work truck. One of the mounting brackets on flashing lightbar was broken during installation and fell off. One of the two flashers in the grill was defective as it filled up with moisture.

Rather than having them replace the cheaper flashing light bar I opted to go with a better flashing lightbar that had 2 solid mounting brackets with 4 mounting points versus the two plastic mounting points of the original light. Roughly a $200 upgrade which I gladly paid for because it was an upgrade.

When all was said and done my bill came to over $450 as they charged me for two hours of labor. My dissapointment comes from the fact that all the items replaced were defective. I feel that a company needs to stand behind what they sell. Don't sell cheap quality accessories. If the accessory breaks when it is installed at least put a new one on before you give the client their vehicle back. And by all means do not charge the client labor for replacing broken accessories that you installed.
