We were there at 5 p.m. There was a lot of food, dished up plates, sat down to eat and the food was ALL COLD. We let the staff know immediately. They checked the temperature of the foods, came back and just said they will bring out new food. Over half an hour later they SLOWLY started to bring food out. I did eat a little bit (appetite was gone). The bananas with strawberry glaze were really brown inside and the outside was visibly shriveled and crusty. We were still charged $27+ for what little we did get. Be a VERY long time if ever we would go back. The ONLY reason we went there was because our favorite Asian Restaurant was closed for some reason this night!

I don’t usually review restaurants but this was the worst food experience we have ever had. Food was cold off of the buffet. The saying “you eat with your eyes first” is so true. The food didn’t even look appetizing at the buffet. The selection was not great, and food did not taste good. This was the most expensive soft serve ice cream I’ve ever had. Even the jello had a skin on the top that I couldn’t bite through. Gross. Will never go back. Also, my fortune cookie? Pretty sure this is the philosophy of their restaurant.

All the food was old. I've never been to a buffet that doesn't have chicken wings. Cream wontons were hard along with coconut shrimp. Fried rice was grainy and had no flavor. The crayfish was soak in lukewarm water and did not have a seasoning. The white noodles stir fry dish was horribly cooked to the point that you could hardly tell it was noodles. The worse buffet ever. Word of advise when entering a buffet, ask to look at the food first.

I'm a local girl and been going here for years since it opened. Always great however there are things for newbies to keep in mind. Best times to go are during the lunch time and dinnertime since this is when it's most popular and the food will be fresher as it's being rotated out more frequently. Service is as expected - quick and to the point but the English language is not strong with these ones. I came with my friend and my 1-month old son and the waiter insisted we use a high chair for him even though I kept trying to tell him that my son was too small for the high chair and that he was asleep in his carseat anyway. The waiter just stared at us blankly while still pushing the high chair toward us. I finally had to just pick up the chair and put it back against the wall and say a polite "no thank you." Comparatively, this place is pretty good and I still enjoy going. The "buffet-to-go" option is also...

Not sure how this place has such high ratings! It was probably one of the worst chineese buffets we have been too. And we have been to many chinese restaurants n different states! The staff was not friendly at all! And this was at about 2pm. We asked for extra napkins and she gave us 3. (For a party of 6) the best think was the sweet and sour sauce. I didn't care for either of the 3 chicken dishes they had. The sauces were not the usual Chinese dish flavors I'm used to at least. Many shrimp options though. And lots of jello, and different cookies and pudding desserts far more than any buffet I have been too. Salad bar was pretty skimpy. As we were leaving I heard another couple say " I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone." I also felt it could use a good deep cleaning. Walls and doors wiped down especially in the bathroom. Sorry I don't mean to be overly mean but I want to be honest when I...

I always wanted to try this place and was warned against it. Finally had the chance to try it and I can now see why. We walked in at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday and half of the lights were off (including in the gift shop) and it was dead silent inside. We thought the place was closed, after about 60 seconds of standing around we were noticed and seated. The food was less than phenomenal. Too many American influences in the dishes, mock crab with broccoli and cheddar cheese and potstickers with cheap grocery store sausage mush in them. Not to mention the fruit flies everywhere on the buffet! To me, it seemed like the place was getting ready to close for good, the employees and food don't give off a very good vibe. Would never go here again if I had the choice. I was very underwhelmed and...
