Awful. Do not recommend this company at all for any rentals. We rented a golf cart to drive from our reception venue to the Pearl Hotel. The golf cart was parked directly in front of the hotel at the end of the night and when we went to get coffee at 8:00am the next morning the golf cart was gone. We called the Bodega where the employee informed us that all of the golf carts share keys. Apparently another renter had taken our golf cart and run it until it was out of gas and parked it in a different spot. We spoke to the manager who told us we were lucky we did not have to buy them a new golf cart and to return the keys. It was extremely rude and a HUGE failure on their business model. They would not provide us any refund even though we did not have access to the golf cart for 1/2 of the rental period.
Wow... to respond to the business response - we have video evidence the golf cart was parallel parked in front of the hotel next to two cars, not in front of a bar by other golf carts. The designated driver kept the keys overnight until we went to get the cart in the morning to go get coffee at 8am and the cart was not there. Thank you for trying to imply we irresponsibly misplaced the golf cart, very nice way to treat a customer and thank you for trying to blame us for your business model issue - the keys for the golf carts are interchangeable which allows them to be taken or moved.    Read moreThe owners and management at this establishment are extremely lacking in customer service. I went in person a month ago to rent a golf cart for today. I was under the impression that all was a go since I was sent a digital receipt and a separate confirmation the same day. However, they do not have a golf cart for me and will not make this right. The owner was not there and I could only speak with him on the phone. Not acceptable. A worker said I was never charged so they could capture the payment and then issue a credit. What is the point in that?!! My issue is why not one person followed up on their system to see why I was issued a receipt and a confirmation and the reservation was not completed in their system. Poor customer service and was then asked to leave the premises! Will never patronize!! any of the establishments under the Bodega umbrella again. Beware trying to rent...

I called and reserved three golf carts over a month ago and you would think someone in there would have had sense enough to call and let me know that there golf carts was down before I made it to the place. What is the reason to of making reservations if they will not honor them. And a lady told me that she would call me to let me know the status of what was being taking place and no one never called me. I ended up calling them back and they were very unprofessional.
