Tacos and Beer — Restaurant in Bay Saint Louis

Atmosphere is good because we live in a great place and we sat outside! Went for $1 taco night...asked what tacos were in the special.... waitress said all. Ordered a fish, shrimp, also an enchorito and Deluxe Margarita. Both tacos were so so. (Barracudas are far superior.) I really like the cheese dip because it's spicy which is very hard to find. Enchorito was good. Was with 2 other folks that ordered the regular steak tacos....which were dry. My Margarita was good and as described on menu. Friends' Margarita was not! Had sweet and sour mix which is not listed on ingredients and is awful. When the waitress brought our bills and I looked at mine...it was $30, which was confusing since I had ordered 2 $1 tacos, the enchorito and 1Margarita.Come to find out she said, oh my mistake.Those tacos you ordered were not on the special.That's my fault yet she charged me for them anyway. We saw her 1 time during our meal other than taking order and brining our food. It took 25 mins to get our check. Doesn't matter how busy the restaurant is there cannot be a 25 min wait for a check. She never refilled friends' drinks nor my water. It's called Tacos and beer which would lead you to believe they have a wide selection of beer....no Amstel Light. Picnic table was low and weird. First time visiting this location since they’ve opened. And it will be my last. We walked in and were told sit anywhere. It was a beautiful day, so we went outside. While the restaurant was not even close to being crowded, we waited a good 30+ minutes for someone to even come to our table with a menu. All the while, several of the wait staff “looked “ at us, but did not ever acknowledge we were sitting there. When we finally got a waitress, she said she didn’t know it was her table. We finally got a menu and ordered chips and salsa along with Queso for an appetizer. (Yes you have to pay for chips and salsa). When it arrived, we had about 10 chips. Literally! So we asked could we get more chips. 15-20 minutes later, the chips and drinks finally arrived. We then placed our orders. The waitress advised us this was her second day (but apparently no one thought she needed to be trained). Our food came and it was subpar at best. We never saw anyone again, so finished our meals with nothing to drink. And drinks are $3.25, so some refills would have been nice. We finally got the check after quite some time and the literally charge you for every little thing. A small cup of cheese was $2.40. The bill was $75 for three people. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND GROSSLY OVERPRICED!!! I do...

We went in for Cinco de Mayo, to get some drinks.Deja, the bartender was very good, no problem with her. But we do have a one year-old and a three-year-old, who of course we aren’t going to sit at the bar with, so we were sitting at a table right next to the bar. While we had other family members who were sitting at the bar. So after spending at least $70 at this establishment, we were told by a server, we could not sit here because they were about to get busy. While they had 10+ tables wide open, half of us our servers, so we understand! But being that they had all these open table it should not have been a problem at the time. This is our second time coming here, and just both times have had a problem about something. The owner of this Tacos and Beer just seems to be all about the money, not...
