I went to get a clasp to attach my chain back since the one on the other side broke, owner stated that the gold clasp that originally kept it together will break again (which was triangle) and that he would add circle ones so that it won’t break anymore. He demonstrated by showing me with the one that I have already on there by pulling it apart, I figured oh since he did that hell change both, I mean why would I have a triangle and circle on the same chain? (Common sense) I picked it up the day after and noticed he only switched on side, I told him about what he mentioned yesterday and he said he never said he’ll change both (understandable)but I mean wouldn’t it be common sense for someone to want 2 of the same shape on a chain? That’s literally noticeable? I then told him it looks tacky 1 triangle and 1 circle and he begin to tell me it’s not a big deal and that it would’ve been $60 for both sides not $30 which I stated the money isn’t the issue and not once did I mention anything about money, the whole 10 minutes conversation was strictly about the shapes. No good sales fake watches. I bought my father a citizen watch for fathera day it was in the window Mr. Kim said it was last one and it had no box so he give it to me for $65 so i was happy. Now December watch was slow took it to replace battery Mr. Kim said watch no good I ask why?? He said fake 20 watch so I told him i got it from you you told me it was a good watch. When I first bought it didn't realize it was bend the gold ball but the owner was nice enough to to make it new the necklace but the customer always right Didn't Appreciate That !!
