There closing times don’t match the actual time they close. It’s says 10-8pm and they always open 10:30 or 11 and close at 7 or prior. I knocked on the door to see if they can confirm actual closing times and the staff said she was going to ask and then never came back. When I knocked again she was laughing while I was knocking. She started to act like she was looking at clothes and ignored me. A simple answer would have sufficed but ignoring a customer for something so simple is bad customer service. Now instead of me coming back tommorow I will take my business elsewhere and advice everyone who asks me about the store to do the same.
