This is an okay resale shop. At times they have a decent find, but they are not good when it comes to them buying from you. Iâve sold here several times, and it seems that depending on which employee you get is what they will buy from you that day. Iâve been in to sell in the afternoon and had the male employee reject just about all my items (all name brand, in almost new condition, and no older than a year old). Keep in mind that these stores only accept clean, trending clothes from certain brands that the younger demographic actually buys. Thatâs not the employeesâ choice, theyâre simply following instructions from higher ups . They also typically donât take formal wear, and staff will tell you that when you turn in your clothes. Walking in with dress clothes and expecting a payout will only lead to disappointment, and complaining to the staff wonât change that, Mr. or Mrs. Karen.

Retail workers already deal with enough nonsense on the job. Show them the same respect you expect in return. Before you snap at an employee, ask yourself, how would you feel in their shoes?
If this hurts your feelings, take it as a reality check.. the whole world doesnât revolve...
Read moreI give 1 star for the employees. But i give 0 for the clothes they are allowed to take in. They only seem to want namebrand teenage clothes. Ok. Im plus size and one day i was in the store and i heard the girl say we need more plus size. But the problem is. Plus size will be different than the small medium and large. They will have different styles different store brands. So the other day i took them plus size. Mostly Cato. They took none of them. It was 2 young girls look to be about 21 working. They was saying no i dont like. I wouldnt wear. Im sure they wouldnt. There was a big age and size difference. 30 and up who is plus size like to shop too. But if they only choosing their style. Plus size may as well do the Exchange store in houston..they take all sizes and all brands. That will probably be who i sell to from now on....
