I have been a Lego Consumer for the past 15 years and have had overall positive experiences. Yesterday I called the Beachwood store to ask a question. The date was 12/7/21 at 3:15pm. The sales associate that answered the phone was extremely rude. His name may have been Dan but he was rushed and made me aware he was unable to do his job due to people like me calling and the phone ringing all day. At this particular store, the staff is always really nice. They have areas where kids and adults can make their own creations from a limited variety of LEGOs and display them for everyone to see. The store has a "design your own minifigure" area, and the back wall is full of "pods" of specific LEGOs that you can choose and buy by the bucket. It's just as fun to stop in here to play as it is to come in and buy something. But we ALWAYS buy something, so point to...
