Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Beachwood

This my my most favorite place in the world from down south as a kid !!! I will drive to the other side of the world for a sandwich now from chick fil a before I order from here up the street from me!;!! ....I ordered a sandwich from this place back in April and they made my sandwich wrong and put it on the bread I did not know this until I got home I called them and I reported to the manager said my sandwich was made incorrectly and she said she will put my name on the book and that they will replace it or send me a card to replace it in the mail. I asked her not to do that because I would be back that Wednesday to come in and get another sandwich but I never made it back and she holds two weeks later, well my name wasn't in the book and management made it seem like I was just out to try to get a free sandwich when I went into the store to get my sandwich reply so I spoke to the store manager over the phone the following day , she also made it seem like I was just out to try to get free food that I did not appreciate because I no longer had my receipt the young lady should have wrote my name down like she said and there would not have been a discrepancy about this... So like I told the manager or new owners so to speak I know it doesn't matter to you but you have lost one good faithful customers. I had one issue and that store before this new person took over a year ago and the manager there was so courteous and yes I did have my receipt at the time because I went back right away and they took care of it with no problem but for this like he and this other lady to make me feel like I was just out to get free food and I'm not that type of person it really rubs me the wrong way so I would advise everyone if you have an issue save your receipt even though you speak to someone on the phone because they're going to make you feel like you're a bum trying to get free food from them and this is supposed to be a Christian orientated business and this is why they talked about Christian people being...

I placed a mobile order today at the Beachwood location since I was working in the area and thought it would be quicker than driving to my usual Mayfield Chick-fil-A. I reported that I had arrived while I was parking, and when I got to the counter, I still had to wait. I saw the team member take the last cookie from the tray — it looked like it might’ve been left from the day before, because when I tried to break it later, it was so hard it was more like a cracker than a cookie. My meal was ready, but they were waiting on one more cookie since I ordered two. On my drive back to work, I realized the “cookie” was completely stale. When I finally sat down to eat, things got worse — the fries were very dark, hard, and overcooked. The sandwich bun on my spicy chicken pretzel sandwich was soggy and greasy, as if it had been sitting in liquid. Even the drink size was wrong. Overall, the entire meal was disappointing and inedible. I was really surprised, since Chick-fil-A usually delivers such consistent quality. I love chic fil a but it is a shame what this location is turning into since the change in the operator. For starters me and a few others think that the new operator at Beachwood place is racist. She is doing things that no other chic fil a branch is doing and I believe it is because the customers that predominantly shop at Beachwood are black. She has staff write What kind of drink we ordered with a dirty pen. No other location does that. Last week they got my order wrong, didn’t give me a receipt, and she tried to act as if she was doing me a favor by correcting it. I didn’t eat the food that I was returning and her cashier told her that it was their fault.
