I have been looking for a jeweler that is willing to clean and repair jewelry. I have pieces I’ve held onto for years. Thankfully, the Jeweler’s Bench was not only willing, they did a fantastic job cleaning some sterling jewelry (even some with precious stones) that I thought was a lost cause. They also were able to source a stone I lost and repair a cherished bracelet. The owners, Gwen and Pat, are the kindest people you’ll ever met. It’s a joy doing business with them!

Because I was so pleased with my experiences with The Jeweler’s Bench, I decided to try custom design. I have a ring that I inherited from my mother. She always wanted to do something with the diamond, but never got around to it. I had an idea of a way to honor my mom using the diamond in a necklace. My idea was unusual and crude. In working with Gwen and Pat, they refined my idea and created the custom piece. It turned out incredible and my mom would love it. The price was more than fair, especially for custom design work, and they let me trade in the ring for a credit. The whole process was FANTASTIC. I had such an amazing experience at Jewelers Bench. I called yesterday to make sure they could clean a watch for Christmas, after a recommendation on where to go. There was several people in the store at once but somehow they greeted everyone and made us all feel welcomed. They were so kind and patient not only with me but everyone who was there. They took the time to ask about our families, Holiday plans etc. The conversations were much more personal than just about the jewelry, you could tell that they really cared about the customers. I was able to get the watch cleaned and I ended up buying a beautiful necklace as a gift from Santa. They took the time to wrap the gift and even the one that I brought to have cleaned. Very gracious, helpful, and so friendly. I could have went into any jewelry store today, but I am so thankful I was recommended to Jewelers Bench.
