Dear Chicos staff at this particular venue: I'm generally not a fan of selective greetings being offered at any public shopping venue. Greet everybody with a smile. Give customer service to everyone who took the time to walk into the store, because their purchase just might be paying a portion of your salary and assuring your job security. So despite my "thing" for linen, since nobody made a point to acknowledge I was there after walking past several associates, I walked out on principle. Another store across the way did not make this mistake, I bought some lovely linen there and felt very content doing so despite having made the effort to visit your store because of offers that popped up on my loyalty account. I'm not that loyal to anywhere I do not feel welcome... respectfully. Still, store was clean, well appointed, large spread of all sales/clearance unlike other stores I've visited. Too bad...
Read moreThere is a reason I prefer to buy online rather than from this store. They used to have a great team of associates, out of which only Cindy is left now. Some of the newer store associates are lacking basic customer service skills and are simply rude. I just had a check out experience with Catherine; her overall attitude and communication style made me feel like I never want to come back. I’ve been Chico’s customer for over 10 years, I love this brand, and I hope the management of the store does a better job in the future in selecting and training...
