When I first met Rebecca, I was just starting my wedding dress search, and I really didn’t know what I wanted in a dress. I had also recently been in a car accident and didn’t feel confident in my body at all. Right away, Rebecca was patient, gentle, encouraging, curious and genuinely interested in my story and fiancé and wedding wishes. Most importantly, from the very start, she felt like someone who’d been my friend for years. She made a space that was safe to dream and play dress up. With just a few questions, she pulled dozens of beautiful gowns, and unknowingly to both of us, the very first one she put me in eventually became my pick! And even though Rebecca definitely knew I’d found my wedding dress before I did, she helped me be extra certain and made the entire process playful, joyful and special. She picked a playlist that featured some of our favorite nerdy music. She took picture after picture and answered every question thoroughly and truthfully. I will forever love my wedding dress and the memories of finding it with Rebecca’s fairy godmother amounts of magic and help. And thankfully, I found a friend in her, too!

I don’t know what every bride is looking for in their dress, but I do know that Rebecca is looking out for every bride in their shopping experience. She’s truly invested in helping you find your dress and accessories. And along the way, she is so kind and makes this part of your wedding journey a magical, memorable one. As of now, I have had four different experiences going into bridal dress shops and I think this has to be my worst experience to date. I went into Enchanted Bridal after searching for my wedding dress at three other stores in the Dayton area. I had a dress at another store I was liking but it would need a few alterations and so I was hoping to find something at Enchanted Bridal that wouldn't need alterations and that I would love. I brought three of my bridesmaids with me and showed the consultant a few pictures of things I'm loving on dresses. During the appointment I felt like she was treating me like I had done no research going into the appointment and that I had no idea what I was wanting. I overall felt like I wasn't being listened to. I repeatedly said I wanted a dress with a lot of detail in the bottom and she started off pulling things that had none at all. When I tried getting my bridesmaids opinions on things she told them their opinions didn't matter and that mine was the only one that did. If their opinion didn't matter to me I wouldn't of brought them to the appointment in the first place. Anytime I made any comparisons to the dress at the other store or having alterations done on her dresses it seemed to really aggravate her. She was adamant that the other store wouldn't be able to do the alterations I was wanting and seemed to be only interested in making the sale and competing with the other store. The dresses were pretty and if not for the experience, I would have seriously considered returning to revisit one of the dresses but needless to say I will not be back because the overall experience turned me away...

I cannot recommend Rebecca enough! She was so patient with me and the reason I found my dream wedding dress.

She was super attentive, really listened to what I wanted, and was really intuitive - she read my body language and expression so perfectly that she knew what I liked and didn’t like when I didn’t know how to say it. I came in thinking I wanted an A-line dress and she was more than happy to put me in some; however, when I wasn’t satisfied with them, she asked if I’d be willing to try something else. She had been listening to what I did and didn’t like and mentally stored away all that knowledge.

Then, she brought out THE dress. Absolutely stunning, really flattering, unique, and everything I ever wanted in a wedding dress. I never really believed it happened, but I had that moment where when I stepped onto the pedestal, I got goosebumps. She found the perfect dress, the perfect veil, and all while I couldn’t verbalize what I really wanted.

I went to David’s Bridal and two other smaller boutique wedding shops and the service there was AWFUL. I was just another appointment to them, but I felt like Rebecca was really invested in my dream wedding, looking at my Pinterest board and asking all the right questions. She is passionate, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and patient. I recommend her to all my friends (even the out of state ones!).
