Express as a whole is a great store but one extremely unpleasant experience with a sales associate will have you spending your money elsewhere. My husband and I were in the store today looking for red attire for a wedding we were attending. An African employee approached us and immediately started mocking our color selection. Stating that no one is wearing red this time of year and asking if the wedding is planned around Christmas or something. All while laughing in our faces. He then states that they had red attire in stock but everyone bought it up around Christmas time last year and then proceeds to chuckle again while walking away. I was so stressed out tryna find my son his homecoming outfit. After days of stress I decided to go into the express store at the Greene. Aisha greeted us with the most welcoming smile and helped with everything. She went above and beyond with sizing my son and getting his whole outfit together. I have an autistic 2 year old and all the other workers went above and beyond to help this whole process. They even went as far as helping with the best deals and discounts.
