Honestly if I could give 0 stars, I would. I stopped by to donate some items as im moving and needed to declutter a bit. The workers at the donation dock were extremely rude and unprofessional from the minute i pulled into the parking lot. The first man I encountered wasn't nice at all when redirecting me to go through the parking lot and turn around before pulling up to the doors. As soon as I got out to help them unload my truck, they were rude and unhelpful and tried refusing items I knew for sure goodwill would take. I did have some baby items, which per goodwill policy, they usually don't take. Which is perfectly fine. However, it's not what you say, it's how you say it. Instead of politely letting me know which items they could and could not take, they rudely said "no" and waved their hands at me. They tried doing this for multiple items which I knew goodwill should take, until another employee came out and told them they could accept them. The entire experience was unpleasant and I decided not to do any shopping inside after the donation process as I didn't think they deserved my business after creating such a bad experience for me. I truly hope goodwill re evaluates who they hire from this point on. I'm not sure if they just dont appreciate their job or if they were having a bad day, however that is not an excuse to project your negativity or attitude onto complete strangers. If you don't like your job, leave. That's all I can really say. I won't be shopping at this location at any point in the future, as it had created a bad taste in my mouth.

Edit: After reading various reviews on how others have been treated by your donation staff, I highly suggest finding new employees so they don't hurt your business any further. This type of behavior is completely inappropriate and...

I agree with the statements about their items being priced too high. And I was especially irritated when I started seeing plates and bowls bound together in sets.

I started to go to Goodwill because I didn't have much money, but I could spend hours combing the aisles to see if I could find something to add to my art project. Where $10 could give me some options and still have some left over. But now, I guarantee 4 of 5 items I pick up with interest, I put back because it is over priced. Sometime I get lucky and it will have the color of the day tag on it. 50% off woohoo! But those are random.

Goodwill....

These are donated, mostly second or third hand items for you to resell at 50-70% off it's original value and when we take it home and find it is missing pieces or part of it doesn't work, we have to bring it back. And returns must me done within 30-days at the store where purchased AND only for in store credit. And that in-store credit is only good for 30 days too.

Goodwill, I think you forget that the people you claim to offer services to are also the people who shop your store most. Or at least they were, but they can't afford you anymore.

Sorry for the rant. It was a long time coming and today...

UPDATE 1/8/22 My daughter and I decided to try again! After shopping at the store we pulled up to donate some stuff and watched an elderly lady drop her stuff in front of us. After she got back in her car that same guy grabbed one of her bags and reached into her passenger side window and put it in her seat! I could see her shocked expression in her sideview mirror as she pulled away shaking her head!

Then we pull up and unload our stuff which included a heavy box of records and books so my daughter starts to set it in the bin the guys has and he snaps at her to just put it in! She watched as he began to throw some of our items around breaking them in the process!

Pretty sure it's the same guy from months ago. It's a horrible experience!

I have always loved Goodwill. I shop and donate on a very regular basis. The guy accepting donations at 7:30 PM on 7/8/21 should NOT be allowed to deal with customers! He was so rude and started digging through stuff, throwing it aside and saying they didn't want things that I KNOW they do! We tried to be friendly but he was just plain mean to my daughter and I the whole time! I am NEVER donating...
