I've been going to Qdoba for over 12 years, and I have to say that i've had good experiences at every other location than this location and the Hillsboro location.
This locations staff is very rude, and they nickel and dime you for absolutely everything, even water cups! I've been yelled at for getting Soda water, being told that i'm stealing and they will stop giving me a water cup, when every other fast food restaurant I have been to its free.
They are giving smaller portions than any other location, and when you ask for more they tell its gonna cost $2- Why not just give me a spoon amount and stop giving me half Spoonfuls? Like why am i telling you how to do your job, this shouldn't be a thing.
If you want Rice or beans on your nachos, that's an extra 2$ EACH, every other location is totally fine with giving you some beans, Again why am i having this problem.
I have refrained from writing this review for over a year now, and I can confidently say that I go to Qdoba at least 5-10 times a month sometimes more. and I love the food, BUT MAN I absolutely HATE the experience i've had. Like there are times I'm right next this location, and I end up driving to tualatin, or to southeast portland because the experience is just so freaking bad here.
Today is a great example of being told that I'm stealing for getting soda water like its just absolutely ridiculous. employees need to know what is free and what isn't free otherwise it just makes the customer feel like absolute shit when they come in to one of the locations, and they do it completely different than the other locations, i'm just so FED UP. with it.
I'll still go to Qdoba, I just hope that in the future every store is like the Southeast Portland store or the tualatin store, those two spots are by far the best experience i've had out of all of the 4 locations.
I write this because I really like being a customer, i really do, but if the experience at the hillsboro location or the beaverton is crappy then Im gonna stop going and just go to the southeast location, which is 30 MINUTES FROM ME compared to These two locations which are 5 minutes. Like comeon thats how bad it is.
Please for the love of god fix...
Read moreI deliver for Uber Eats and their policy is not in compliance with Uber Eats. They make the delivery people pour the fountain drinks. The manager, Mercedes, not only is unprofessional but rude and two faced. I was polite when explaining I could not do the drinks because of the Uber Eats policy and she stated that all the other drivers do them. I told her I would have Uber Eats call her so that they could explain. She rated me poorly along with posting a report on my profile, even after Uber Eats called her and told her that I was right to not do the drinks that it was against Uber Eats policy. Mercedes, the Manager, told the Uber Eats rep, that the delivery drivers are "Customers" which is not at all true. We do not have food handlers cards and should not be touching the food or handling the fountain drinks. I am writing a formal complaint to the owner of this store and to the corporate office regarding her and the health issue. I am in touch with the Oregon Health Department Inspector and reporting specifically this issue to have them inspected again and handled. Having ANY delivery driver do the fountain drinks is a health hazard. McDonald's as well as Sonic close up their drinks due to sanitary reasons. I have read some crazy things that people do to the food and wouldn't want anyone touching my food or drink other than employees. Qdoba in Beaverton - Ms. Mercedes, is a very bad representation of customer service. If we are as she said "Customers" then her treatment of me was not what an owner would want as a representation of their restaurant. I would never recommend this location to anyone! And if ALL Qdoba's have this policy then beware of your drinks if you order from any of the...
Read moreFirst of all I wouldn't even give them 1 star because of their attitude and interaction with myself and husband. They rush through the whole ordering process and don't make sure that you even know what they're talking about and to be polite we just accept what we get. It's a very strange environment and a weird pressure as if the customer is not even in control or allowed to order what they want. LOL. Its the most ridiculous and un authentic "Mexican eats" I or my husband has ever in life experienced. A "pork" burrito. At least call it a carnitas burrito. And you don't put bell peppers on it confusing fast talking" fajita sauce " not offering anything except the weird choices they offer. Worst burrito of my husband's life. Waste of money and the vibe was only disrespect and disregard for our needs besides just not even logically making an actual burrito. Meat. Rice. Beans. Salsa you can actually See and taste. That is ALL IT TAKES TO MAKE A BURRITO. Baja Fresh. Mexican style burrito or do you want American style whatever. But don't call it Mexican food when you throw bell peppers and sour cream on my obviously CARNITA BURITO WITH BLACK BEANS AND RICE. They're offended by the notion of even calling it a carnita. They say oh no, that's the other places say that. SMH worst experience of my life. Didn't say hello or goodbye to us. No straws. No customers. No service. No social skills. No understanding of what a burrito is. Like have these employees ever had a burrito. A sad day for any Mexican or Latino my husband is mind blown being mixed Mexican hisself. Support taco trucks, Baja fresh and even TACO BELL of this place. Rude and culturally lost restaurant. ...
