Janelle James Boutique is the only place I shop for ALL of my clothes from casuals, professional and formal wear 💖 I have been shopping here for at least 10 years and The owner Janelle is fabulous. She is the best personal shopper in have ever had. The merchandise she carries are for the young and women my age at 52 years old. She caters the clothes she purchase to her clientele, and knows her customers but name, this is rare in today’s world. She truly cares for each of her customers and her staff follows her lead. When you meet Janelle she is welcoming and fashion minded and will find you the best outfit to fit your needs. The prices of her clothing I reasonable, verses other high end stores jack up their prices for the exact same items. Best of all she will become are friend you did not know you needed to have in your life💕🫶 I love you...

i went there with a bit of a crisis. i had ordered 2 prom dresses from amazon, they both arrived late, and both didn't fit. i needed a prom dress the day of. obviously, it is pretty late into prom season, so the dress selection wasn't as wide as usual, but they still had a very wide selection!! the woman helping me was so nice and helpful, she helped me find a dress that i absolutely loved, and helped me alter it so it would best suit me. i wish i would've gotten her name, she was so great!

Very cute store full of current trends. The store has boutique quality clothing without the boutique price tag. The staff was very helpful and gave honest feedback about the clothes I tried on. The reason I'm giving this store 4 stars is because the owner orders limited quantities of clothes (3 of the same piece in each size) so my size was sold out in a lot of the items I was interested in. The good thing about that is the inventory is being constantly refreshed. The Facebook page informs fans when new arrivals come in which is helpful.
