This is the worst establishment I have ever had to pick up a food order from and will not be returning. Your locations is the worst representation for Subway its self. My order was set for 7:35 I arrived 7:42 & still hadn’t received notification the order was ready. When I arrive inside it’s only two workers one leaving and the other two moving super slow talking with each other. They were out of the bread I order only white and wheat, didn’t make any more cookies which was one of my order items as well, no fresh garnishes had wilted lettuce and old slice tomatoes. They toasted my meat & burnt it but didn’t toasted my bread which I asked for both to be done. By the time I left with my order it was 8:52 pm. There was no management available to speak with at the time so couldn’t get my money returned and go somewhere else. So when I returned next day & ppl in the lobby upset waiting for food orders. Asked employee for number to manager as number on website doesn’t work til this day the phone number still doesn’t work. The employee gave me a number for management I left a message been about a week now & no call back from them yet. Sad! So I guess corporate is who you have to call because they have no management at subway. Per the reviews on this location I don’t understand why it’s still open this subway needs to be shut down and the manager needs not to manage anything else in life...
Read moreI just experienced the WORST customer service in my life, that I am compelled to write about it. My colleague and I went in to buy sandwiches for everyone in our office. As soon as we got there, Rani, the store manager greeted us, with an eye roll. We started ordering, and she kept cutting my co- worker off every time she would talk, by responding "what else?" This was fine, we just wanted to order our food and leave. A gentleman- I did not get his name, came from the back and started helping her. Rani went to the register and started ringing up the orders. I asked the gentleman if he could add mayo to the last sandwich. Rani responded "He'll get to it when he gets to the sandwich." I told her I have a bad memory, and she responded "Well I have a great memory". I responded that she forgot the mayo, and this is not my sandwich, I just want to get it right, and not forget the mayo. She mumbled something and snickered. When we left, I got in the car, and I saw that the gentleman fipped us off! I cannot believe we got treated this way. I didn't even eat my sandwich from how sick I felt about the whole situation. These people that took our order are detrimental to the business and I hope someone can look at the surveillance video and see what we went through! Read moreThe manager that works here kimba Kim whatever her name is is VERY RUDE I placed a order online with a gift card the order didn’t go through or it was a glitch in the system and the manager when I walked in was helping somebody else so another associate was helping me she stoped with that customer and told me that my order was not in the system and orders are not filled until the payment goes through so I waited and had another associate check my gift card which it was still $10.81 on the gift card I started to place my order in person the same order I placed online which it was the sub of the day and it was a food long the manager in the background telling her I can’t get a footlong it has to be a 6” so I say ok I’ll just get two I proceeded with the order she keeps saying stuff in the background which she then tells me she’s on her phone and proceeded to argue with me and get loud in front of another customer this manager is just rude and very unprofessional should not be a manager I asked for corporate she then tells me it’s no corporate number it’s owned by a franchise owner and I can come back and talk with him when he’s there.
