They December 31, 2024 Greatest customer service I have ever seen at a Wingstop. I live in Grand Prairie and This Wingstop in Bedford is awesome. I called in to see what to do to get 100 pieces of wings and spoke to LP. she was awesome so nice and so organized but most of all that she actually cared about my order that I needed tonight. I told her I'm not used to this type of customer service in GP. You could actually hear her smiling when she answered the phone, A big kudos to her for being so kind, and felt like she cared
We went to pick up our wings around 6 PM and the manager Luis greeted us and I told him we were early no rush and he was Great big smile and truly seem to Care. I told him I want to talk to your region manager because you all need to be aware that it's hard to find good help And y'all are awesome
It happened to be that his manager Trent was over in the lobby and so I walked over there and told him how awesome this place was and the people that are working there just seem to be So nice and I was I was standing there waiting on my order. You could tell that the people that were cooking in the back were on Top of everything they were just a hustling. So hopefully Trent, you will give these Guys And girls, some type of a small token of appreciation Because it's very hard to find good help like this it truly is
So I went to my get together and I told everyone there that hey if you all need assistance Contact Luis , LP or Trent. However, that I think anyone in that facility would be more than happy to help

I tried to pay over the phone; they explained that I needed to come in 15 minutes before the order was ready to pay; and that the sauce won’t be applied to the wings until we came in and paid for the order. I sent my cousins to get food they said the food was still being prepared; they never mentioned anything about the payment that was brought up over the phone. Several customers went in front of them. They then asked about the remaining preparation time. The lady with highlighted green hair, then approached them with frustration asking them to pay for the order. After receiving payment she'd proceeded to go in the back with coworkers and they were having conversations loud enough for customers on how she would drag my younger cousin off of the bench. when my cousins came home explaining how they were treated. I gave wingstop a call, I asked for the manager to address the situation; the lady who answered said she was the manager, I explained what happened, and she hung the line up. This is a very unprofessional and unsafe environment for customers to dine in. What kind of establishment allows their employees to threaten and verbally abuse customers? Went to Walmart to get a few things and came back 15 mins later, wings still not ready.
