Arthur's is a wonderful jewelry store - one of the few locally owned jewelers left in our area. I have been a customer for many years, and they sell quality jewelry and provide personalized service. I recently lost a beautiful ring that was a gift from my husband purchased at Arthur's around 2006. I looked many places for something to replace it with no luck. I contacted Jim, the store owner, and he was able to locate purchase record. He contacted the jewelry manufacturer in CA, a company with which he has a long term relationship, and they were able to make a duplicate of my ring. We have been using Arthur’s for small repairs for several years and have always been very pleased with their service and work! We had a unique situation this time with my husband’s wedding ring that got somewhat mangled as a result of a severe injury to his hand. We took it in to see what could be done with it. It was twisted too much to be able to straighten without breaking it so Christine came up with the brilliant idea to make it into a pendant. I remembered I had a leftover opal earring and since that is my husband’s birthstone we decided to mount it to the ring. The jeweler did an amazing job putting it all together! Arthur’s Jewelry is the perfect small town Jeweler. They never disappoint. It doesn’t matter what we go in to the gorgeous store looking for, or a service needed, the employees, including the owner and manager, approach us with a genuine smile and welcoming greeting. If for some reason they don’t have the item we’re looking for, (which is rare), they do their best to find it and order it. Our family has been going to Arthur’s for over 13 years.
