Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Bedford

Every single visit this chick fil a messes up my order. Never the other persons food in my order, always mine. It literally is personal at this point.

I call every time I have this issue and the managers refuse to refund me for the food THEY messed up.

When you mess someone’s food up, you need to refund them. Not demand they drive back to get any sort of resolution. Solve the problem without me having to come do it face-to-face.

I will be leaving a review every single day on every platform I can until this issue is resolved. I want to be refunded for every single mess up this store has caused me. So many times after I spend $25 at chick fil a for breakfast am I stuck picking my food apart or not eating at all.

I don’t want to be the person who holds up the drive through because they want to check their bag but I guess I’m going to put my car in park and sit there for however long it takes to ensure I am getting the food I paid for.

CORPRATE PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO REMEDY THIS - PLEASE! I am so so so tired of wanting to eat good food for breakfast and being let down by your staff EVERY SINGLE VISIT!!!

Please just give me my money back and have an ACTUAL...

Probably gonna give up on this Chick-fil-A location. It’s the closest to me but they get my food wrong every time. I only order 1-2 things every time I go here so it’s not that complicated. They charged me for a grilled chicken club but I got no bacon or cheese on it. Last time I went they gave me (and charged me) for 2 grilled chicken meals when I only ordered one. And I can’t forget the time I ordered spicy grilled chicken and they gave me a regular breaded chicken sandwich, then I went through the line again to ask for it to be corrected and they gave me the wrong thing AGAIN! Not to mention it takes sooo freaking long each time so when my order is wrong I don’t even bother because it’ll be another 20 mins until I get through the line again. It really says something about this specific location when any other Chick-fil-A has virtually never messed up my order and this location has never gotten it right even once. I’m sick of paying for food that isn’t right and being charged for things I didn’t even order. I don’t mind if it happens once in a while because I know things get busy and mistakes happen, but...

Pleasant service. I've always used the mobile for extra rewards and to pick the sauces to go with things and they've never got it wrong so far. Friendly staff, if they see my puppy in the backseat sometimes eager to give her a little treat (I like it since it makes her less afraid of strangers.)

Main downsides are they're so popular that lines can be long sometimes (not their fault - just be aware if you have small lunch window), the location closes at 9PM when many other restaurants are open till 11 or 12 (for safety because someone outside takes orders instead of a speaker box) and it's an unfortunately scary traffic intersection if you need to try to jump across 3-4 lanes of traffic to do a left turn after leaving (I usually cross another two restaurants over where it's easier and safer to get back in traffic since it's safer than the very corner intersection)

Those aren't big issues though. This place is better than most of the other fast food in the area, the food is delicious and they have never treated me like dirt (unlike wendys/popeyes/mcdonalds/burgerking...
