O star i would Before going to the Precint Road t-mobile facility I went to the facility at Bedford suite 200 Airport Fwy My son set a family account from PR and told me to go to a facility here in Texas .The employees at Bedford facility told me they cannot help me in Any way because PUERTO RICO t- mobile and Texas t-mobile are two different thing that i have to go to CORPORATE T-mobile.There they cannot help me in any way .I was disappointed and called my son, he called T-mobile supervisor in PR and told him to go to another store because either they didn't know what they were doing or simply doesn’t want to help me for others reason i cannot even want to say.I went to Precint Road and MICHAEL not only he was candidly helpful he help me to get my new phone iPhone 16 Max I change from ATT TO T-mobile and also was able to sell me a family plan with insurance..I don't have words to say how happy and pleased i am with the service.Michael help me to transfer all the info from my old phone and he was there taking care w me during all the process without letting others customer unattended and fell appreciated also..If it was not for Michael in t- Precint Road i wouldn’t make business this company at all .T mobile have to educate all his employees at Bedford to treat everyone that come though that door equal and with respect.I am a Pharmacist for 32 years and i know everything about customer...
   Read moreMy first mistake was going to this location. The place was empty and the three “employees” scattered away from us when entered the store and approached the counter. The second mistake was asking them for help. We told them what we wanted - to switch service from AT&T and get new phones. The uninterested, unhelpful, person gave us one-word answers and told us we could do everything we needed from a home computer. He told us he would send the new phones to our home and that we cannot pick up phones there. He was really a rude ahole who hated his job. Luckily, went to another T-mobile place in Euless off of Glade. The customer service was like night and day. The store was busy yet we were warmly welcomed and Nelkyan gave us excellent, A-one service. He sat us down and patiently explained all of our options to us. We left with our new phones and new service very confident in the choice we made. You can tell Nelkyan and the other employees there love helping people. They provide stellar service. Kudos to their manager who has trained them well. As for the manager of the Bedford location on Central, you can close this site as your workers are really horrible, turning away potential customers and are better suited for flipping burgers and not interfacing...
   Read moreI received the most prompt assistance for a malfunction with my phone, from KK at the T Mobile Store in Euless, Tx. on Sunday. She was informative, enthusiastic, and efficient in correcting my issue. Ironically, this morning after conducting business, KK was in front of my independent living residence. Mr. Don, an elderly man who has a room in the same residence as myself, drifted off 5 miles, and nearly collapsed at the T Mobile Store that KK works at. KK performs her job at the highest degree possible. But after gaining permission from her superiors, brought Mr. Don back home in his dizzy condition. She genuinely cares about people. That is a remarkable and rare trait that needs to be recognized. I have never seen KK before Sunday, with my phone issue. Therefore with the experience today, I felt inclined to speak about what I witnessed. I spent 15 years, 4 months, and 21 days in the U.S. Army, and been to 4 out of 7 continents of the world.
