I came in and asked for a mani + full set with gel removed from my natural hand and toe nails. I had ken for my pedi & lukas for my full set. When luka first approached me he seemed nonchalant & very eager to see what it is that I wanted. He didn’t greet me just simply asked “ so you have a picture or something “ okay cool . Continued to sit there . Was trying to explain to Luka that I was a bit undecided (wanted his opinion on which design) and had two designs in mind . While I’m talking to him he looks annoyed & chuckles turns to look at Ken and says whatever, I can do whatever it’s up to u. Now this is fine. But I’m interacting with Lukas and I can tell he isn’t too thrilled about servicing me, at all & doesn’t mind showing it. I explained to him that I simply asked for his opinion bc he IS indeed a nail tech. After that he started to try and butter things up a bit. Wasn’t going for it because you’ve already showed me your unprofessional attitude. I must say I was very pleasant through getting my service. I understand we are all human, sometimes people are just tired and ready to finish up there work day. I told Luka “my apologies for coming a bit late I know you guys close soon” it was 6:40 they take the last customer at 7:30 pm . He advised noo it’s okay we take customers til closing (7:30pm) okay. Kens doing my pedi . I kept wondering why he KEPT asking me “you only want overlay on one big toe?” I said yes 3 different times. I damaged that nail and just wanted a even lay so that he could polish my toes. No square shaped nothing simply overlay to fix a small part of mail that’s missing.Ken says something I couldn’t understand Luka looks down at my feet and laugh and says “ jut one” Ken says VERY CLEARY “ trynta b cheeap” I could’ve flipped everything over. But I didn’t it’s my birthday weekend and I needed my services. Anyway Luka proceeded to sniggle about it! If times weren’t the way they are today I probably would’ve showed my but being treated that way right in my face. Lol but it’s fine I remained friendly & showed my appreciation. I got a long full set with designs on 6 nails & hot stone pedi with gel. Paid $178 tip included. and was willing and able to pay for any other services I might’ve requested. Needless to say I will never in my life visit this nail salon again , & highly recommend if you can help it. Don’t book...

I’ve just moved to the area & lost contact with my previous nail tech.

My first time here I spent with my daughter. They sat us next to each other & worked on our nails at the same time. We got matching nails :) Very wholesome & sweet.

I met Jimmy at this time. He is very sweet & funny. 💜 I prefer his nail shaping technique because when my nails grow out the acrylic is not bulging out/is more flushed with my nail. I think it looks nicer for longer (to each their own!)

Received a complimentary margarita that tasted amazing! 🍹

I’ve come back several times since & left with literal art on my nails. I’ve left with my nails looking better than my inspo picture. They always do their best to make my wants happen. I receive so many compliments out in the wild I even broke a nail four days after I got a set & it was fixed for free immediately! 🥹💜

From personal observation i have seen every nail tech bending their backs over paying attention with an invisible microscope to each nail. I personally love the attention to detail.

Respectfully, my only negative experience here has come from other customers creating a somewhat hostile environment complaining. I personally do not understand going into an establishment not asking any questions about pricing & then getting upset at the end when it is not what you expected. Getting your nails done is a luxury & a privilege. There are people dying, Kim.

Let me start off by saying that my nail tech yesterday was so sweet, patient and eager to please. She did such a great job, even after I asked her to start over because I didn't like the length.

With that being said, I still was not a huge fan of what I asked her to do, so I scheduled an appointment for today to get them redone. I spoke with who I assume was the manager and let him know that the nail tech did everything I asked her to do and even asked me if everything looked good throughout the whole process. I personally was not impressed with my decisions, which is why I came back. They wasted no time getting me set up with Ms. Emily who did an amazing job, AGAIN, she remembered me from my first visit a few weeks ago. She knew exactly what I was looking for and knocked it out of the park. When I was finished, I was very surprised and pleased, that my service was discounted today. They didn't have to discount a service that I was unhappy about because of my own requests, but they did and I think that speaks volumes. They were already on track for a 5 star review based off of my last 2 visits. Pedicures are amazing and could always be a little longer, but that is because both techs that I have had were so great at it. The shop is super clean, organized and ventilated (you guys know what I'm talking about, the smell of acetone doesn't smack you in the face when you walk in the door.) I really appreciate all of you!
