I have a strange and upsetting experience with one of your restaurants and I've never complained or been a "Karen" before but I'm pissed. My husband and I ordered BBW last night after we both got off of our 8th- 12 hour shift from Uber Eats, when we ordered it it was close to 30 minutes before close. However, our order still got to our house in a timely manner. The wings were horrible. They were over-cooked, dry, and some areas had a dry like sauce, and no we didn't get the dry rub, and others were just the chicken. I figured we just got what was left over before close, however paying 70$ for 20 wings and a few sides, I expect a certain level of quality, however I was going to eat it because again I'm terrified of being a Karen, my husband on the other hand couldn't because his were worse than mine. So he called the restaurant and complained to someone claiming to be the manager, they stated they would make our order fresh and we could come get it; thus forfeiting our delivery fee, tip for the driver, and our convinece fee and bypassing the whole purpose of ordering Uber Eats, we didn't want to leave the house. Anyway, I digress, we go to the restaurant and he takes our old wings in, to show them and also prove we weren't trying to get free food. We wait in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes and he stated that a manager was kind, apologized, and stated "all of our orders are made fresh". He accepted it with grace as we've both worked in food service before our current careers, and understand things happen, no need to be ugly. He gets our "fresh" order and we head home. Imagine my suprise when we open our containers, and the one wing that I had bitten off of was in my serving, just with more sauce. And the "dry, wet sauce" wing? Yep still there, no new sauce, just warmer than before. My husband's wings? Hahahahhaha they literally just heated then up and smothered them in sauce to disguse the previously overcooked flavor on the same wings, once again just warmer. Now my Karen mode was activated. We literally paid 70$ to have a stranger bring us food so we could finally relax; just to have to get in the car, take it back to the restaurant, sit in a parking lot at midnight for 15 minutes for someone to put our wings in the microwave for a minute or two, lie to our face about remaking them, drive home just to reignite our hangry-ness. Obviously, we didn't eat them because, if they're able to do that, what else may they have done to our food? Also, the. Wings. Were. Horrible. So we just decided to eat a bowl of sad, sad cereal and go to bed. Picture attached is of the "fresh food" we received. No, I didn't bite it. I opened it and it was sitting right there in its glory as pictured. Also, I can send you a picture of the wings currently in the trash to show that we in fact could not stomach the food given to us. Oh and our sides? Yeah by then they were cold, soggy, and dried up. Couldn't eat those either because reheated fried pickles and already pretty dry Mac and Cheese just aren't it. I will also attach the my receipt from Uber Eats. What suggestions do you have to rectify this situation? Edit: Thank you for your generic response, I followed your advice and clicked on the link and there is no where that says "orders and visits" so pretty on par with my experience so far.

This location needs improvement by kitchen staff. We ordered 20 piece wings and queso dip. The chips tasted drenched in oil. The lemon pepper wings had seasoning on 2 wings but not the other 5 wings. The lemon pepper seasoning was sitting at the bottom of our pan. Our server did a wonderful job and went back to the kitchen manager to ask about a discount. The kitchen manager said since it’s just 5 wings he couldn’t give us a discount. Just haven’t heard of the customer not being right and a manager not coming out from the kitchen to speak to customers about the situation. I think as a manager that’s very unprofessional and unprofessional to even have the server bring out that tray of mess. We spoke to another manager who manages the front part of the restaurant and he was willing to give us a discount for our bad experience. Most likely I will not be returning to this location. The wings weren’t too good and they were over cooked and dry.

And we were fully satisfied with the food, the taste and quality of it and the service. Each and every item was exceptional and are as listed below: Traditional Wings (10 pieces) with hot sauce - $10.99 Smoked Brisket Burger - $14.79 Southern Chicken Sandwich - $10.99 Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap - $11.99 Brisket Taco - $11.99 Every single item tasted delicious and are worth the price with more than enough quantities.

This was my first time dine-in experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Earlier I tasted their Traditional Wings with Thai Sauce from one of their take away counters at Northlake and I didn't enjoy them as per my expectations. But this time at the Bedford outlet, I had an exceptional experience. Four of us hopped in here pretty hungry looking for lunch. And we were fully satisfied with the food, the taste and quality of it and the service. My boyfriend and I walked in to watch the 3rd game of the World Series. We had just previously went and watched the first game the week before. The experience was great our sever was great and the food was amazing. We asked for the same booth with the view of the tv we were sat at last time. (When we sat at this booth the first time it was packed) We were told we could not sit there by the host because they had to keep rotation. I am 39 weeks pregnant I did not want to sit at a table with hard chairs and the only other booth she was trying to put us at was under the tv. The place was EMPTY there was no one sitting in any of the booths. My boyfriend asked if we could speak to a manager she said “sure do what you want” and SHOVED THE MENUS IN MY BOYFRIENDS HAND! She SHOVED THE MENUS IN HIS HAND.. and told us to seat our selves… like it’s not even that serious, it was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We were going to tip the server well and spend atleast 75$ on a tab.. if not more..I know they wanted to put bigger parties in the booth but we were going to spend the appropriate amount of money and tip the server well. I’m overall very disappointed in this situation and I don’t know the hosts name but she had brown hair and was short but had a BIG ATTITUDE. She does not need to be working with customers. Put her in the kitchen where she doesn’t have to speak to anyone. She could’ve handled the situation way better. We won’t be coming back to this bww. We left. I’ve been a server for 8 years I understand rotations. She could’ve sat us there and just gave the next sever the next table and skipped the server in our section in the next rotation if it was that big of a deal.. use your brain. I don't really ever have a problem with the food itself, but rather the service I seem to get every time I go to this particular location. Kind of hard to develop a good staff when damn near every time I have been inside this location, I have never seen the same people there twice. It's like there is a revolving door for the staff.

Every time I order online from the Bedford BWW, there is always, and I mean ALWAYS, something wrong or missing from the order. Recently we ordered a wings combo with a side of coleslaw & veggies, and my usual 2-sauce wings order. However, as usual, I arrive on time to pick up my order and yet again have to wait well past that time for it to be brought out. This time I waited almost 20 minutes past my pickup time, and the staff didn't bother to go through and make sure everything was there, so that when I got home, my wife was understandable upset that her order was missing items we paid for. And that is just this most recent visit. Last time we ordered, my order was completely wrong, as if they just grabbed a to-go bag and saidd"just give this to whoever is out there" and not bother to check what is in it. That, I think, is this locations biggest flaw...no quality control.

Another thing that irks me about this location is the "to-go only" parking. Each and every time I go to the Beford location, every single to-go parking spot is taken, yet when I walk in, there is NO ONE waiting at the to-go counter. I've mentioned it to managers previously, but all I get is "there's not a lot we can do if paying customers park there." Yes there is....you can tow them. But I digress.

I would honestly recommend other location aside from the Bedford location, again, simply based on level of...
