LOOK Dine-In Cinemas — Local services in Bedford

My experience at this theater was absolutely unacceptable. Everything started off fine until it came time to get my food and drink. I placed my order with my server, who was wonderful, but once the movie began, I realized I still hadn’t received my top-shelf margarita.

I stepped into the hallway and noticed the staff was clearly understaffed, which I understood. But what I cannot excuse is what happened next. While finally getting my drink, I overheard the bartender in the back talking badly about me while making it. That is beyond unprofessional it’s flat-out disrespectful.

Why should I pay nearly $20 for a cocktail only to be treated this way? To talk about a guest, loudly enough for them to hear, is disgusting behavior. It ruined the entire experience, and no customer should ever be disrespected like that. I would’ve stopped at the young lady at the front bar but I didn’t want to be late to my movie .

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I will be reporting this to higher management immediately. I will not sit quietly while paying customers are disrespected and treated this way. 😡🤬 I am extremely upset and hope something is done about...

Currently at home with a cramping stomach because they gave us UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN (which I just saw they did to someone else in another review) and we didn’t know because it was dark in the theatre. My sister and I shared a meal and we are both currently sick. We did not realize that it was due to the undercooked chicken until we got home and looked at our leftovers. The chicken is r very pink. I am so disgusted and hope I do not end up in the ER.

Also— the service wasn’t great. We only saw our waiter one time (when our food was delivered) and they make you close out the tab with a 20% tip right when you order so they never have to deal with you again. I would like to add that I ALWAYS tip, but that they do not let you opt out of tipping. I had to get my own to-go box in the hallway before I left because nobody checked on us. We went in the middle of the day on a Tuesday and were the only people in our theatre, so it wasn’t super busy and I don’t feel there was any reason our experience should’ve...

First and last time coming to this place! We went to the 6:30 showing and we were the only ones in the theater. The air conditioning was never turned on, so the room was extremely uncomfortable. We ordered food—the popcorn couldn’t have been colder, it seemed like it came straight out of the fridge, and everything else we ordered tasted terrible. After the food was brought out, the waitress never came back to check on us. And to top it off, they automatically added an 18% gratuity to the bill. A gratuity for what? There was absolutely no service! We only saw the waitress twice, and when she did show up, it looked like she was rushing to clock out.

Honestly, I don’t know how this place has 5-star reviews. For a family of four, we spent almost $120 between tickets and food. I wouldn’t have minded paying that if the service had been decent and the theater comfortable enough to enjoy a movie. But it was definitely...
