The lady in the office on Sunday her service was impeccable she was truly customer-oriented I did have to go down on my rating because the restrooms were not clean at all this is something that is very big and important to me before Covid and during this pandemic cleanliness of your restroom says everything about you the lady did get up and go tidy up the restroom but she did not use any disinfecting products and a couple of the toilets were out of commission which he could you not have fixed but she did access the restroom we rented the building for the whole day and it seems that the restrooms were not clean from the day before survey disappointing but overall the building was great the space is wonderful the parking is well the room itself is beautiful totally worth every dollar I will rent it again but next time I will bring someone with me to clean the restrooms just in case and take some...

I just came back from "Christmas with the grinch" and it was horrible. When we went there they were really mean and my 11 year old sister wanted those glasses you get when you sign up and the front lady said "isn't she little to old use those glasses?" Al little after that me and my sister went to the the snowball fight area and we were putting snowballs ina basket and dumping it on kids who ask us to do it. Director is unwilling to work with our group about the cleanliness of departing so they wouldn't return the $150 in cleaning fee. We cleaned and I have 4 other women to testify that it was clean when we left. Beware of their scam to make more money.
