Dollar Tree — Local services in Bell Gardens

This store is usually busy and they need to have 2 or 3 registers open, not 1! Sometimes the store needs to be a bit more stocked on items! Today they have their own checkouts and that is awful too! When I had an issue with charging something that was $4 instead of $1.25, the register told me that I could edit and cancel, then I waited for someone to come assist me to put in a coat or something and the girl on the other side of the register working looked at me as if I was some kind of Dodo or something! Rude rude rude! She had an attitude and didn't have any kind of welcoming warmth or smile on her Moody face! We want to see happy people when we go in places. Some of us try to escape the home environment to get away a little, you know? These people who work in these Dollar Trees need a lot of training when working with customer service...

Y'all really need to give these girls a break or a raise!! They have so many customers coming in and out of their store, its ridiculous how they are able to control and correct us all!! Very very polite young ladies. Some customers are so rude and disrespectful towards them, I dont know how they are able to control themselves with so much pressure going on in here. I walked in a couple weeks ago, and it WAS HOTT!! The AC wasnt working, there was no ice in the freezers, and IT WAS A HOT DAY!! How can yall have them working in that heat??!!
