Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bell

It's hard to tell whenever this one open. I use to go a lot then the pandemic hit and I think it was closed for a bit??? Not really sure. But I went in recently the staff feels like they're annoyed by us coming in. There no menue either so if you wanna order something they're just gonna point to a bar code and you gotta look it up on your phone. Which is annoying cause some phones camera don't have the QR reader and alot of elderly don't know how to use QR reader.

It's so weird cause they have monitors but they're all off you would assume they would use that as a menue

But yea I came in this guy was hesitant to help us we asked for a menue he pointed at a QR code then as I try to open my phone camera he grunted and walked away. Then someone else came to help us. (Some chick i don't know her but she was super nice) We ordered then the fountain machine wasn't working. later on we got the food it was good. but then as time went we needed a box. And people who were off the clock were standing around the kitchen pointing at each other for someone to help me. Laughing and joking around All I wanted was a box. I wasn't asking for much but took like 10 minutes just for a to go box.

We've been ordering from here since we moved into our new place and had fairly good experiences until recently. 2 times last month we received what looked like old pizza. Partially shame on us for not inspecting it before we left to go home but we expected fresh pizza. First one was a half cheese half pepperoni. Instead of making a fresh pizza with pepperoni on one side it looks like they gave us two halves of two different Pizza. You can tell when Pizza has been sitting out for a while because of the cheese texture. The cheese was not soft and gooey but was hard and the pizza was lukewarm. We had picked it up 5 minutes after we were notified that it was ready. The cheese side was fresh but the pepperoni side was old. The second time it happened to us we had ordered a specialty pizza. Again with the cheese it which was hard and the pizza was lukewarm. They should not be trying to serve pizza to customers that are freshly ordered but not freshly made. After ordering from here several times a month over a year, the last pizza was a last straw for us. We won't...

Dining experience, the food is good and they have it out in a reasonable time frame. The only problem was one of their employees. It was me and my family of five who who decided to dine in. They have three televisions mounted on the walls, two on the left and one on the right. When we sat down all three televisions were showing the snoopy show on cartoon network. The volume was about 17-20 points high. When one of the workers took their break, they proceeded to lower the volume on two televisions and change the channel on the last television to HOY on channel 34 and raised the volume to almost fifty points loud.
