I am very pleased with the look of my new lawn after needing my entire front and backyard resodded. Although there were some fixable incidents that occurred during the process, the overall results are beautiful. I had a great experience with Zack. He showed great professionalism, answered all my questions, resolved issues within his area of expertise, and made me feel heard. Now, the reason I gave 3 stars is because I am only 1/2 satisfied with the company itself and my lead person of contact, Grant. The main issue I am still have issue with is the amount of watering that was suggested, by Grant, resulted in a very very high water consumption which resulted in a very very high water bill. I have repeatedly attempted to reach out to Heroes Lawncare, even taking the time out of my busy day to make a trip to their home office, without being able to talk to anyone from Heroes lawncare. The lack of professionalism displayed in the last week, is very disappointing, to say the least. I called and talked to Grant June 11, 2025 and texted him the required information he requested with a response that he would get back to me " by end of day tomorrow". Heroes Lawn Care of Bellaire resolved a drainage problem that I encountered. They also performed an inspection on my sprinkler system and installed two additional sprinkler heads.
