This review is about the customer service on November 16 2023 time est 6:30pm to 7:pm
I had been a customer for years more like 20 all over the USA not this store alone. Customer service has always been great even at this location which I started visiting for about 5 months.
Yesterday, I stopped by and the both ladies working there never greeted us, didn’t even asked if we needed any help while we were looking for a product and talking to my fiancé looking all over the store. Since we were ignored as if we we’re undesired to be there for some reason, I walked to the lady at the register to ask for my específic product and she walked to grab it still without saying a word.
I asked about a very kind former employee and she said barely anything under her lips I think she said: “I don’t know nothing.”
I told her I have a customer account so she can use it before checking out and she lied to me saying: “after you pay” while pointing out at the card reader.
After we paid all she said was: “do you want a bag?” To which I said no since it seems too much of an inconvenience for her and then she gave me some samples without even asking if those would work for me or what not and grabbed the receipts and hand it over just like when you rip off a page and poorly bundled it like when you want to toss it.
Never cared to get my customer ID number. Never felt so poorly treated so I will buy at the Alderwood mall instead where the one young employee we met was very friendly.

The tone and body language of her was extremely rude indicating no professionalism or decent customer service. When asked about help as I didn’t receive a product from another Loccitane store from a recent purchase, she said that it is not their problem as it’s not their store that sold it. When asked if she can call the store for us, she said that she doesn’t work for us. The disgust and anger that came from her attitude indicates the arrogance and mistrust in customers. Our goal was to resolve the issue right there in the store, but she refused to help us. Kept on saying that she had to look after other customers, when there was no soul in the store except for us. I asked for Store Manager name and Emily said that I can google it and walked off. Loccitane, time to hire better sales reps who mean to help customers and not mistreat their loyal...
Read moreSafe to say L’Occitane En Provence Bellevue Square Location has the worst customer service ever and the you never want to spend too much time in this store as the associate who also acts as manager gives you a what are you doing here grimace and never has the bravery to say hello either which is very disappointing, sad and hurtful. Plus the French inspired items are overpriced, even during their semi annual sales, so everyone is better off actually saving up for a trip Paris, France and finding the beauty and cosmetics you need at a price you can afford. Boycott this store until they can learn how to provide phenomenal and spectacular customer service without being rude...
