Lux Jewelry Lounge Permanent Jewelry — Local services in Bellevue

I went to get permanent jewelry, but I couldn’t even find the place. I called and texted their numbers multiple times with no response. After wasting 30 minutes searching, I gave up and left. They are within another stall and mentioned it no where on their website, might be important for new customers?? Then, 20 minutes after my appointment, I get a call about a cancellation fee? Absolute joke. Total waste of my time and money. Never going back to that scam store.

Thank you for your response, but I have to say, this whole situation has been incredibly disappointing. It’s not just about a misunderstanding—this is about being misled and essentially taken advantage of. Your so-called “How to Prepare for Your Visit” guide was clearly insufficient, as it didn’t prevent any of the confusion I faced. If your contact numbers are so complicated, maybe you should rethink how you communicate with your clients, because it wasn’t clear at all.

The location mix-up wouldn’t have been an issue if your team had bothered to be more accessible or offered any real assistance when I reached out. And as for the cancellation fee—it’s laughable that I’m expected to pay for a service I couldn’t even access due to your lack of proper communication. I didn’t "choose" to cancel, I was essentially left with no other option.

To top it all off, it took over a month for you to even respond to my complaint. That’s an unacceptable amount of time to wait for any sort of acknowledgment, let alone an actual resolution. Frankly, I’m beyond dissatisfied, and this experience has made me question whether I’ll ever return or recommend your services to anyone else. At this point, a simple apology and vague promises of improvement aren’t enough. I expect more than just words...

Wow! Where do I even begin? I have been coming here for about a year now and it’s my favorite place to go to. I call it my second home. Traci and Grace are both so wonderful and always make my appointments feel homey. They treat you like family/friends and are very respectful to what you want for your permanent jewelry. I love them both so dearly. There’s so many options for permanent jewelry and homemade jewelry. I been addicted to getting permanent jewelry and they satisfy my cravings/addiction. My experience with Tracy at Lux jewelry has been by far the best experience I’ve had getting permanent jewelry. I’ve gone to other places in Seattle, and none of them showed the attention to detail, care, nor had the variety of chains and metals to choose from like Lux. My friend brought her baby and Tracy was so patient and accommodating to make sure we had the best time and was even kind enough to alter the other chains I had. 10/10 recommend going to Lux over any other place.
