My husband and I wandered into Oakley after having a terrible experience at the Rayband store across the way at the mall. We were greeted by the sales associate, Greg and it was wonderfully casual, easy going and to the point. What were we looking for and how can he help. Directed me in the best places to start for casual wear and let us do our thing and come to him if there were further questions. I always try to make my purchases in-store but since it is not a flagship store (sadly) I have to make purchases online and most of the time I have it ship to the store and I pick them up when they arrive. This has always been a 100/10 experience.
That being said, during my most recent visit, it was a nice surprise when I found out this store had the 13.11's (limited edition sunglasses) given it is not a "flagship store".
