OAKLEY — Local services in Bellevue

My husband and I wandered into Oakley after having a terrible experience at the Rayband store across the way at the mall. We were greeted by the sales associate, Greg and it was wonderfully casual, easy going and to the point. What were we looking for and how can he help. Directed me in the best places to start for casual wear and let us do our thing and come to him if there were further questions. I had actually planned to leave a review/ contact someone from the Oakley team to let them know how great the experience was, I mean we walked out with 3 sunglasses so you can assume we were both happy with the service and much rather give our money to a place that provided such a great experience. This store is great! Always make sure I try to come here every time I make a visit to Bellevue Square. Not only is Cece awesome but the rest of the staff is great and always helpful.

I always try to make my purchases in-store but since it is not a flagship store (sadly) I have to make purchases online and most of the time I have it ship to the store and I pick them up when they arrive. This has always been a 100/10 experience.

That being said, during my most recent visit, it was a nice surprise when I found out this store had the 13.11's (limited edition sunglasses) given it is not a "flagship store". Greg and Brandon were amazing. I went to the store twice for my children's sunglasses and their prescription lenses, and their needs for different combinations weren't easy at all. Greg was so knowledgeable about the insurance process, the options my child could try, and more. I definitely couldn’t have figured this out without him. When I returned to the store on the weekend, Brandon was busy, but when he greeted us for our turn, he was ready to help 100%.
