Worst retail experience in my life. Came to pick up an item that has passed the pick up dead line and purchased by my friend at Houston TX store where she has paid in full and sent to Bellevue since Houston store was oos. Bellevue staff insisted that the item hasnāt been paid, that it was only pending payment and cancelled because pick up was failed. I tried to explain and even showed them the credit cardās settlement which stated it was fully paid and just simply asking if that would be refunded. They kept insisting she didnāt pay anything so nothing would be refunded. I told them that I understood what they meant about pending payment but on the other hand, the cc stated that she was charged. One staff then rudely asked, if I understood why I kept repeating the same thing over and over. Umm, because I didnāt think you got what I said about the paid credit card statement?
The staff named Leslie finally told me to call CS line. While waiting for her to write down the numbers, the rude staff who refused to give me her name claimed sheās the manager. I canāt believe how someone with that level of customer service can be a manager. She told me that Iām not a customer and she wanted me to get out of her store, and asked her other staff to call security on me. I told her that Iām gonna leave in a minute anyway after Leslie done. She then told me to COME BACK LATER AFTER I LEARN ENGLISH. Fyi Iām not a native and when Iām upset I admit my English is way worse. I told her that it was the most racist thing I ever heard and she mockingly answered with a pose, āOOOH YES, IāM A RACISTā. Iām speechless at this point.
I then called the Houston TX store and spoke to Jenny the manager. Now, she is a keeper. She listened to my inquiries patiently and confirmed that the item indeed was FULLY PAID! Itās showing on the pick up receipt that was printed 3 times, meaning item was paid and just waiting for pick up. The pick up receipt that Rebecca (got the name from the call center, ha!) wasnāt interested at all to check and just insisted that it hasnāt been paid, over and over again. Jenny told me that all stores across the US has the same policy and they should have known that. And guess what, later in the evening I received the refund email from Bellevue store. I guess they finally found out that the item has been paid for real. So ridiculous. They should be ashamed.
PS : to the āownerā who responds to reviews here, I did reach to call center already. If I could make suggestion, instead of giving bots response (yes I saw your response to a āJoe Biden white houseā troll yesterday š ) you better focusing on doing more and better staff training. Looks like thereās no improvement at all after multiple complaints here regarding the rudeness of your staff and now I can also add, their lack of knowledge of your own...

I was a bit nervous at first for a few reasons: not shopping in person for many years, shopping for professional clothes that I hadnāt needed in ages, and being newly on the cusp of straight / plus sizes.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager, Rebecca. I decided to ask directly for what I was looking for and share my concerns about sizing. With no hesitation; she reassured me that they had what I needed. I was immediately welcomed in to the dressing room and paired with Kim to assist me. I was able to point out a few things I liked and Rebecca, Kim, and Leslie all brought selections to my room. It quickly filled with options and suggestions and I could feel the support and encouragement from everyone! I have never received so much helpful attention in a store!
I think I spent a few hours there, trying on all the new-to-me styles. We discussed fit and styling and the entire team made it accommodating to look up which plus sizes could be ordered and shipped to my home for free.

I shopped here recently for a new skirt and found myself wondering why I was buying a skirt in the first place, because 1) Iām a man (the names walter) 2) Iām not gay and 3) I donāt have a wife. So I was left in a little pickle, I must have stood there for 10 or so seconds before an employee came up to me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I quickly responded āyes, Iām here to buy a skirtā which they quickly replied with āright this wayā where they promptly led me to the skirt section of the store. I walked over and grabbed the nicest one. I then bought the skirt and brought it home where it lays on a chair in my apartment where Iām still wondering what I should do with it.
