Jameco Electronics — Local services in Belmont

Jameco is one of those vendors with whom I have continued a long and productive relationship over many years. The trend has always been upward although about five years ago they reached a consistent high level from which it would be difficult to imagine additional improvement. Over these past five years, 100% of the items on my orders have been delivered on time, in good condition, at fair prices and as described in their catalog or on their Web site. As an experimenter, inventor and product developer, most of the time Jameco has the parts I need so I check with them first. Perhaps 10% of the time, I need an item they do not carry so I go to my second-tier vendors. While one might suggest that an expansion of their product line would be a good thing, I prefer their excellence in managing what they do choose to stock. We used Jameco in a recent prototype build. See attached Fotos. Very nice team to be honest! Help Desk went out of their way to assist us, way beyond selling us or resolving a shipping issues. Help Desk actually assisted with our PCB's, offered some programming help, directed us to several EE resouce websites that we were unaware of,,,Again, Very Nice Help Desk Team at Jameco! Lastly, the parts came strait away, great prices, speedy shipping, no issues. We Strongly Recommend Jameco for white paper test bench...

Warranty is a crock. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered part number 2172068, item RSP-320-5 PWR SPLY,SW,ENC. A 320wt power supply on 7-28-25. It was installed in mid August 2025 and failed within 2 weeks. Per Rohani Singh, customer service rep, We cannot do refund on power supply it only goes for repair.. Thus I purchased a brand new power supply and it was faulty within 2 weeks and I cannot get another new one. I get a refurbished one and the customers sign is not working in the meantime. ...
