Simply put, do not come here. You won't be treated like family. You will NEVER see a server after placing your order. They will forget your meal. Won't bring you napkins or utensils.

SERVICE: Service was absolutely abysmal. We ordered a breakfast plate and a lunch plate. It took exceptionally long to get the chili burger and my wife's meal NEVER came out. The server who took our order never came by our table after we ordered. Never. Someone else brought me my chili burger but we weren't given any napkins or utensils. No one came by to check on us. Ever. 10 minutes after my food came we realized that my wife's meal was probably never coming. I went inside to confront them. They didn't acknowledge the mistake or offer any kind of apology. Nothing. They just said they'd bring it out. Another 15 minutes the food came out. Even after I went and paid for the food they never offered us to go boxes. Absolutely horrible service. And this places motto is they treat you like family. If anything we felt unwelcome.

FOOD: chili burger was not hot or very warm. The fries were burnt. My wife barely ate any of her omlette as by this time she had lost her appetite from the horrible experience PRICE: Roughly $34 for a breakfast plate and a lunch plate which is I feel is definitely on the reasonable...

We have gone here a few times. Over the years it has gotten progressly bland and the service has deteriorate. Today we went and there were very few tables seated so we thought we caught it. We sat away from the front and maybe that was our mistake. We let them know where we were seated and the waitress took our drink orders. Then 5 minutes goes by another staff comes to take our drink order, we think its weird, wait another 5 minutes no drinks. My husband goes to see and the drinks are just sitting there. The male server brings them out and just leaves no explanation, then another 5 minutes mind you no waitress to take order order. She comes out 5 minutes later takes our order then the order of a table who seated 10 minutes after us. What, really? Our mistake is staying after waiting so long for drinks. Then 30 minutes go by no food, cranky kids I go inside say we'll take the food to go. Waitress goes back in kitchen gets ticket, talks in Spanish to crew they hadn't started a breakfast burrito, waffle and 2 pancakes. She then says ok ready in 10 minutes, thinking I don't understand Spanish. I say nevermind we'll just pay for the drinks. Never going back, waste of time and no apology at all during...

Ordered an omelette and subbed fruit for the potatoes. The servers are nice, but the service is very slow.

The omelette was incredibly greasy, it was oozing out of the omelette when it arrived. I used a napkin to try and blot it out. The omelette and hotcakes also had a burnt taste to them. When offering, I had asked what I could have instead of the potatoes and was told I could have fruit instead, only to find out later that there was an upcharge that the waiter didn't mention. The coffee is mediocre, at best.

There was also a patron three tables over having an incredibly loud FaceTime chat which the entire restaurant couldn't help but hear. The low rating is not because of the clientele, but because not one of the wait staff went over to ask him to take the call outside. That was 10 minutes of listening to his yelling. As soon as he hung up, I was able to have a normal volume conversation.
