If I could give zero stars I would. I put in an order for the grey sectional couch that they have displayed at the end of January. Nick told us, “yes you will get your couch in two months” he said all we had to do was see if we got approved through American finance and we was set to go. I got approved and was excited. The two months had past and I did not hear ANYTHING FROM ANYBODY about any updates. No one contacted me or emailed me. The way I knew that my order was delayed even more was I received an email from AMERICAN FINANCE telling me that I the dates had changed for my first payment on the couch. I contact them and Nick did not have great customer service towards me at all. Every time I would try to ask a question he would cut me off as if I had no reason to be upset about them having bat communication skills with their customers. So Then he told me that the couch would arrive in MAY. So here is may and I still have no furniture in my living room. Last week he told me that my further was coming in The beginning of June but another lady told me it was coming at the end of June. This place has a horrible team and no of them seem to be on the same page. Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. It got to the point where I called Roses corporate to complain about this issue and contact the manager over the furniture company. As of today I have cancelled my order Mind you I understand that it is COVID and things are being delayed but COVID is not a great excuse for it still not arriving. It is May 13th and I still have not received the couch. Go else where for your furniture needs. This place...

My girlfriend and I were in desperate need of a new couch, ASAP. Since our sleeper sofa bit the dust. We couldn't open or close the sleeper bed anymore since something broke.

We checked everywhere, Rooms to Go, Ashley Furniture in Rock Hill, Big Lots, Cons. Then we got a suggestion to try Roses in Belmont! When we got there, with only 10 minutes until close and to find the perfect couch, Nick was able to help us! He was very professional, and super kind. He did a great job explaining the lease contract and everything!
