I stood in the waiting room for 10 minutes watching them make food and keep looking up at me. Not once did they make an effort to speak with me. I said "hi, can you take my order, please?" They said "I'll be right with you" Keisha came over and said "do you have an online order?" I said no, I just want 3 chalupas. She said "oh you have to do it there" and pointed to the machine. I said "oh I don't want to touch that machine" then Keisha gave me a disgusting attitude. When I asked her about it, she got even more of an attitude and she said "you gave me an attitude first!" Not everyone wants to touch that machine that everyone else has been touching. God only knows how many people use the restroom and don't wash their hands and then touch it. This is why I use tap to pay also. I then asked her for a napkin to touch the register and she brought me back a fist full of napkins. If you don't want to see customers, find a new job. I didn't have any crazy demands. It would've been just as easy to politely say "oh I'm sorry, we're not allowed to do so." I will tell EVERYONE to stay FAR away from this place. When I made the mistake of trying to eat here I was two days post surgery for brain surgery I was told not to wear one as it would reduce the amount of oxygen my brain got and yet this place refused me service amd my wife and two kids all complied and was wearing masks and my kids are below the age of being required. This time the line was not long and I had a very very friendly person at the speaker. His name is Frank. He was so nice patient and courtesy I was happy to be able to give my order and have enough time to be able to get exactly what I want he make sure everything was correct before I even move on to the window. Now when I got to the window the young lady did not care to get her name because right off the back she was already nasty so I had to stop and ask her who was the person that took my order. She politely show me who he was and I politely gave him his compliments. I hope Frank gets more than what I'm giving him on this you need to show everyone they should be how Frank was not how the other girl was. This was at 5:00 p.m....
