We clearly should've read the reviews and gotten a tetanus shot prior to dining at the Belmont Pizza Hut. Walking in the restaurant was old and dingy. There was no one greeting people who chose to dine in. Someone who appeared to be a guest walked behind the counter and when she did, she said I think you can seat yourself, which we did. We quickly noticed tables that hadn't been cleaned near the outer windows of the restaurant, 2 area labeled 'this isn't for trash' but were clearly old trash bins, with stuff everywhere. Our waitress was very sweet and was about the only good thing in this restaurant. The floors were covered with old carpet that looked as if it had been through multiple floods and just looked unsanitary. There was an old buffet that looked old and run down. The benches at our booth sank when you sat in them and all the tables, chairs and benches were old and raggedy. The outside of the restaurant was run down and you couldn't tell if the inside was even open. That should've been the first red flag. The windows were dirty and dingy on the inside. We ordered and the cheese sticks weren't at all what I remember them being and didn't have much cheese on them. The diet pepsi was flat. It took quite sometime to get our food. We were told our pizza got 'stuck' and therefore burned so they had to remake it. Meat lover pizzas have historically had a lot of toppings - not this time. The crust didn't even taste like Pizza Huts. We asked for parmesan cheese and crushed pepper. We were given the last of the parmesan cheese --- the last?? In a pizza restaurant - how do you run out of that. I don't eat onions and there were several on my pizza. The only consolation is the waitress took $10 off our order for the wait. Pizza Hut needs to do better. At this rate, this one is going to close down due to lack of business or the Health Dept could...
Read moreso wednesday evening at 10:50 P.M i made an online pick up order through the pizza hut website . my order was suppose to be ready and waiting in 18 mins. as soon as i finalized my online order , debit card being charged and all, i proceeded to get in the car and go ahead and drive to pizza hut being how its maybe 7 mins from where i live . i pulled in parking lot, waited in my car for maybe 2 minutes before i started to get out of the car and walk inside . i see an employee in the inside of Pizza Hut , LOCKING THE DOORS!!! Si as i git to the door I decided to try to open the door anyway thinking for sure I did not just see him lock the doors on the inside, which, by the way, there was another customer inside so that can technically be considered kidnapping but anyways, so the customer flipped the lock off and open the door for me as I walk in I hear what I am assuming was the manager tell me from the counter that they are closed !!! which at this time it’s not even 11:15 yet, the store didn’t close till midnight. so I told, what I’m assuming it was the manager, that I had just made an online order and the card and everything has been charged and he told me he was sorry but he was closed .so I proceeded to tell him that the website says that they do not close till midnight. And he proceeds to tell me that he is sorry I’m closing and that the $16.46 would show up on my card 4-5 days later!! the other custoner , the one who let me in which is also same one who got LOCKED INSIDE , didnt get her...
Read moreI placed an order over the phone and ended up dealing with their call center in India. I requested six wings, all drums. The guy at the call center said that was fine. Simple enough, right? Apparently not.
After waiting 45 minutes, I showed up to pick up my order. Surprise, the wings weren't ready. They said it would be another six minutes, which turned into a good 10 to 15 minutes of waiting. When they finally brought out the wings, they were the wrong flavor. So, they had to remake them.
They made me pay for the wings before I even got them, and conveniently, I never received a receipt. When the wings finally came out, they forgot the ranch I had paid for. When I asked the lady about it, she had the audacity to ask for my non-existent receipt. Brilliant.
Then the manager came out. I complained about the lack of all drums as I had ordered, and she told me they don't do that. Well, your call center said otherwise, so that's not my problem. The manager didn't seem to care at all.
In the end, I left with wings that weren't what I wanted and a sour taste in my mouth. Pizza Hut, you need to step up your game. Your service was a mess, and your communication is seriously lacking. This experience was disappointing, to...
