I came to the Beloit location about my Samsung S22 Ultra not being able to see my text messages. I was just told to let the update continue. I mentioned my storage but it was like a shrug off. No mention of uninstalling/reinstalling app at all or cleaning out storage from the representative. I then went to Rockton, IL location they at least told me to clear storage out. Finally the Janesville location was so helpful they said that the first location, Beloit should have uninstalled/reinstalled the text messages app. Janesville did that and the situation was solved. Beloit gave no help at all. It's disappointing to pay your bill on time however to turn around and get turned away like a I don't know, don't care type of attitude. No more attending Beloit location, Janesville will see me for all my needs. Beloit needs to work on providing better customer service...
Read moreI came in to buy a new phone, and unfortunately the customer service person who set up my phone was very disrespectful. I'm usually not one to complain, but the person whom i worked with, Eric Parks, had an earbud in the whole time as well as was scrolling on their phone on and off while typing or setting up my phone. It made the process much longer than it should've been, and i left a bit thrown off. Read moreDon't go here. They screwed us on our bill and on brand new S24 ultra's. Sold us stuff we couldn't use with the phone's. Exchanged item and didn't give new receipt or make note on our account and still have issues and they won't do nothing. They give deals on multiple phone on for certain customers. Long waiting times in store and they close 15+ min early. Don't expect any type of help from any worker or management. WORST CELL PHONE EXPERIENCE SINCE CELL PHONES CAME OUT....
