Order here online when I got food it was all wrong called to get replacement and manager was very rude and said they would replace I said do you want my name she said no we go by your number I then proceeded to ask her name she said they don't give out there names since when does a manger conceal there name. Well anyways went back a few days later to get my correct order went up to counter and a manager with tattoos on her face gave me attitude before I could even say anything no name tag of course so I go to explain they should have my number written down for there mess up and she says they go by name then I told her thats not what the manager said on that day. I asked her name and she said they don't give names I knew right then it was her I talked to on the phone and she wouldn't give me my food a was yelling and swearing and throwing things around well then she goes over to where the sandwiches come out and starts smashing People's food saying one day she gonna show up with a gun and kill everyone. This person has tons of bad reviews from this Burger King on Yelp it's all almost the same tattoo faced manager yelling, she must be having special favors for management to still have a job. When I received the food the cheese wasn’t even melted so I knew it wasn’t fresh so I lifted up the bun and there was a strand of gray hair mixed in with the ketchup and mustard! I tried to call but there isn’t a number for the actual store online. I took the burger back and the manager got an attitude with me because I didn’t want them to replace the hair sandwich I wanted my money back. She said I would have to return the next day to speak to the general manager about a refund. Very disappointing that managers aren’t given the authority to fix problems such as this. Very inconvenient to have to return to the restaurant for a $3 refund. Management should be more empowered maybe they would actually care about the product they are serving or the “service” providing. Before this I had been there in the morning and the manager Angel (I think that was her name) is extremely nice, positive attitude, and great customer service. No matter what time of day I have gone drive thru always slow. Very sad I was hoping this one would be better than the one...
